This condo is a good option for me but I think I will continue to rent instead of buying
For a studio, it's fairly decent but like you said, the fridge needs to be changed and I personally couldn't live with the wet bath. Just trying to keep the towels dry while showering would be impossible, and I bet steam would make a soggy mess of that paper towel roll stored above the toilet. Looking forward to seeing what the 2BD has to offer.
