Other than the upstairs furniture and location, I love this property. It only needs some minor renovations and additions to perfect it. Too bad villas in Thailand aren't freehold or I would seriously be tempted.
We can only hope for the future such rules will be changed. They are already looking to increase the foreign quota to up to 80% now, so who knows what else they might consider
This might be one of the most unusual properties you have profiled in your vlog. it is really amazing but it would take someone with the business acumen for diamonds to really make it continue on the successful path that it has apparently seen....best of luck with finding a new owner.
I agree. It is for a very very very small market, but the owner reached out as he the neighbour of another large villa we helped sell, so we wanted to challenge ourselves

I believe that every view and every comment helps. Maybe not all condos and videos will be liked by all, but then it is merely impossible please everyone all the time.
Instead, we choose to post videos we feel are relevant or unique. We also turn down opportunities to make content for properties we feel are not right

Global consumption is downgraded and this business is difficult to do. It may be difficult to sell at half price.
The current owner who train the buyer if it was needed. If no training is support is needed, the owner would be willing to discount his offer
Don't worry his business is really doing very well and he is doing this for more than 30 years and he will not fully retire and will bring customers monthly for cutting gemstones for clients.
He just don't want to be working every day and taking care of everything and wants to spend more time with his family.
He can show to any serious buyer proof of income and all necessary documents.

My dad worked in that business for decades. That business isn't that great and the kitchen is...yikes!
