Rarity looks gorgeous! You asked for what we would’ve done for the cutie mark, and while I think yours looks really good, what if you had two diamonds like the ones you already have, but one on too of the other and thread going through the tops and bottoms connecting them like they’re beads for a bracelet or something like that?

While I absolutely love the story you have for Rarity (it's soemthing I think I would do too if I were to redesign her and her story), I don't know how I feel about the visual design?? I love looking at it, and I think it's super interesting! But part of me doesn't read it as Rarity? Idk, maybe that's just me? She feels a little basic, maybe? I don't really know how to relay my thoughts into words. ;-; (and I hope this doesn't come across as mean, I don't want it to at all!)
I was feeling that too, however after taking a break and looking at it, I feel like it fits my idea for Rarity. I dunno! This version has a specific vibe to it that I love.

this is absolutely amazing i love love love what you did w her fur pattern (?) i just wish you wouldve kept the purple hair,, i feel like the vibrant purples really bring out her personality ,,, other than that this is so good im so happy that i stumbled across your channel and videos! keep up the good work !
My soul Gnome you really outdid yourself on this design, at first I was like "eh it's not such Rarity vibes", but the more I looked at her she gave me some Egyptian royalty vibes and I'm loving it, also congratulations on the further channel growth ( ＾◡＾) ✿.

Here's how I'd imagine her voice sounding in my own headcannon voice, I'd actually keep the person who voiced twilight for her, or id go with lisa adams who temporary voice stella in the 4kids dub for season 3, i think giving her a more toned down version of her current voice would work to keep the fanciness but also give people the idea she is kinda wanting to be fancy but isn't the typical snob
PERSONAL OPINION!
Just a heads up this is my personal opinion, I’m not coming at the artist at all. I loved the design and I would love to see more of their work.
The thing I loved about rarity’s design is that the cutie mark matched her even though it wasn’t the same color as her mane and other things. It just made everything fit so well together. I love your design and your whole concept, but the one thing that I do dislike is the coat pattern. She had her perfect white coat because it was rarity. Physically clean looking at a glance, her perfect white coat could stop anyone in their tracks. It also throws everything off with the bright blue and pink of the cutie mark. And I do get this is your take on it and I absolutely love it, but when I look at her I no longer see rarity but a whole new horse. I think the only thing that throws it off for me is her coat.
When I was younger I used to LOOOOVE rarity because of how perfect she looked, she looked like nothing could stop her or nothing could bother her. I even thought about how perfect her life must be because she was Rarity. But just because physically she looked perfect didn’t mean her life was, it didn’t mean she didn’t have problems like any other person. And they showed that. They showed that even someone who seems so perfect can have problems like us.
