Took my venom to r3. No regrets. Dupe helps but not requirement. 5 or 6 star venom relic yes. Note I can’t play Glad well. But also good choice if you like. Ham is awesome. Second science r3 over Titania and Silk for me. Science is deep and amazing though.

I would r3 venom just more reliable and has a strong synergy with scorpion so if you use both they are fanatstic

I just finished my run with kate, I used like 40. If I didn't waste like 10 on Wiccan it would be 30.
I ended up using about 45, I'd say I could definitely have done less if I hadn't kept making silly mistakes. 30-50 is the most you need
