As a long-time channel troll, and an architect licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I concur with Laith's girlfriend: Laith has no business involving himself in design and construction.

About you girlfriend's degree, I used the original Cities Skylines in my engineer thesis in spatial planning a couple of years ago. It wasn't the subject of it at all, but I used it to create 3D visualizations and the proffessors were pretty impressed by it actually.
