Play made a lot of sense, the Talonflame only had to one shot something, it wouldn't be right if they used Flame Charge even on Clodsire.

Nice showcasing. And you are right about not having Hydro Cannon on Hisuian Samurott because the regular already has one ever since. I'm hoping if they can allow us to evolve our Cyndaquil, Rowlett, and Oshawott to their Hisuian forms like they did with our Kanto Cubone into Alolan Marowak.

Lanturn is not overrated. It just makes it that people will use more Dragons, Grass and Mudboys. If you want to win from those Lanturn teams.
Why aren’t you overcharging before swap? It’s probably easier to predict what you’re going to throw if you use a move as soon as you have energy. I imagine since it’s the beginning of the season so people are easing up on fundamentals but I would advise against it.

It's not the greatest, but it might be very decent budget pick maybe for someone just getting started in pvp. They just need to trade it and pay 10k dust/25candy to get the second charge move.
I think this will have good play in UL
9:10 something like that happened to me earlier lol, i had skarmory against deoxys defense and i perfectly swapped to venusaur as they reached 8 counters but they threw a goddamn psycho boost. unless that rank 3 guy could see into the future or something, why the hell did they knowingly throw a psycho boost into a skarmory???

Niantic have been on a roll. Give Steelix Breaking Swipe, try to fix that mess by destroying the viability of other Breaking Swipe users who were made balanced by the 100% debuff, then take a good move off Samarott. Its almost as if they want their flagship game to fail

Fury Cutter is probably better regardless of if it learns Snarl or not because of better coverage against Grasses and opposing Darks as well as comparable energy generation while being a lot easier to use due to lower duration.
Lanturn desperately needs a nerf
No, leave it as it is. Make opponents better, like buff some more Grass types or Grass moves. And honestly there is enough counters for Lanturn, it for sure not the holy grail. Like Carbink also wasn't. Real Electric types also usually beat Lanturn. Use those more.

It is only not a good pokemon as a whole. Too many counters that are also tankier.
