I think Qlipoth is like the WAU from SOMA. It's like a cancer growing out of control - a treatment worse than the disease. I'm sure the IPC is going to be the ultimate villain of Star Rail.
@Arlun Grim Quick correction, Qlipoth never used any of the IPC's materials. It simply carries on, and the IPC piles materials on planets nearby in the hope of being useful.
Dude. You wouldn't want China as the Super Power anyways. Literally any developed Country with a high democratic index is Preferable to an Authoritarian power.
I mean compared to some of the more Lovecraftian horror ones they are the more good ones, like they won't kill you on sight or make you an immortal monster or a hivemind, like yeah they are a bit of a big corporation similar to the US, but compared to many other major intergalactic factions, they are good in comparison
