    Started DPT school recently and couldn't get the humeral retroversion idea in my head, but this video helped so much! As a former overhead thrower (quarterback and pitcher), it makes sense why retroversion is an adaptation because I can see how it laxes the ligaments around the GH jt which helps ER mobility. Thank you! Love your videos!
