    I have damaged all of these, are there any exercises that I can do to facilitate recover, without causing more pain? I have seen doctors, specialists and not one of them can agree on what is the best course. This has been going on for 18 months. I am a 74 year old drummer, tennis player and carpenter, the right shoulder has been through the wars.

      Have you done Physical Therapy? That’s often the best first step

    hello may i ask u a question: as a complete beginner, if i just train for strength with full intensity and of course i will get strength and develop some muscle because im a beginner and then i hit plateau, so do i have to then do muscle size training so that after i can again do my strength, and if not how do i go about my strength training after hitting a plateau

    • @TheMovementSystem
      @TheMovementSystem  4 года назад

      Yea as a beginner the most important thing is to just be consistent with training and progressively get stronger over time
