RX 590 GME(china whatever edition) is RX 580 14nm running at 1360-1400mhz usually. same as rx 580.
not only that the 590 gme has the newest samsung bs memory modules that don't overclock as well as the old samsung, from what i know.
the original RX 590 is 12nm and runs at 1500-1600mhz

Singleplayer games
Edit: The stutter dosent go away in Valorant But in cs2 it improves overtime When the shader compilation is finished
