That white sweet is RASGULLA
It was a very fun wet sweet!
The desert is called rasgulla. It's made of milk mainly. But milk is not directly used. Lemon juice added in boiling milk to make chena. Then drained the water from it. Then smash it with hand to make a fine paste. Give the paste round small shapes. Keep it aside. Sugar and water boil and when it become quite sticky put those small balls and boil few minutes. It may serve either hot or cold. But the hot one is my favorite. Bye.
Wow thank you for the recipe 🤤

Yes, this is Rasgulla....
Only difference between gulab jamun and rasgulla :
Gulab jamun is made up of milk and all purpose flour where as rasgulla is made up of cottage cheese.... and both are dipped in sugar syrup...
❤❤
They are both delicious 😋
The dessert is called Rasgulla (white in color) and in India we have variety of rasgulla... and the black one is Julab jamun...
