Another great ideas video thanks for sharing. I would need to purchase a portable folding stadium seat with back rest off amazon to place on top using heavy duty velcro.
two questions..do you keep the wood attached to the milk crate at all times, during transport, etc, or do you unbolt it( them for space saving? and (2) I hope you did not use melamie( pressed hard board..as opposed to real 1/2 inch plywood? I made that mistake and found how quickly pressed hardboard absorbs water like sponge,,and increases its weight 2-3 times, and wrecks the bolt holes in the hinge/ where the bolts pull right through the soggy pressed hard board.
No, I dismount them when not in use. Well my plywood is still hard, I don't tighten the bolts too much and I use a washer so it would prevent it from being pressed by just the head of the bolt. Thank you for watching and for letting me know about what happened to your boat.
What was the measurement for the seat for the solo milk crate seat and the two milk crate seat thinking about making one for the seat is two more table or was one perfect in thnking about having one seat and more standing room
@@serhatemir4112 I forgot the exact dimensions, what I remember is I used a half inch thick of plywood. I'm sorry I can't find my drawing with the exact dimensions. Thanks for watching.
How do you think a hard top seat would do as apposed to mounting it to the floor? As in letting the seat rest on the raft tube. I have a different boat, just thinking of different options.
Great idea and vid! Now I know how I'm going to make my seats! Thanks!
Thanks for watching
I’m going to do the same on ours to cut down on weight
Great idea, im going to do something similar to your idea, thanks 👍
DRILL A HOLE IN THE SEAT TO PLACE A SUN GUARD. I LIKED YOUR IDEA. VERY GOOD

How has the boat held up and how many uses?
Hello. How tall was your boxes in the middle? Great idea btw.
Hi, the height of the boxes in the middle is 11 inches plus the height of the plywood (1/2 inch) is 11 and 1/2 inches total.
Can you share with us what are the exact dimensions?

Nice! How did you transport it to water; and How did all your upgrades hold up?
Thanks for watching. I built this upgrade for my seahawk 4 inflatable boat, and it works well.

I tried resting the seat on the tube and sitting on it but it broke, that's why I made a support in the middle and mount it to the floor.
Se necesita tabla de una pulgada de grosor para que aguante
you still boating?
Not anymore, I switched to kayaking.
