I have the seahawk 2,and have added a wooden floor.Without the floor the power of the engine bends the tubes in the middle.I have the floor in two pieces, one longer than the other so they overlap by about 5cm.This prevents the joint from bending. Also, two pieces fit in my car and are easier transported. Most inflatables lose pressure when the tubes are introduced into cold water,so I take a hand pump with me to top up.
No need to talk when your actions are so crystal clear, however, it was too quick at the end there. Couldn’t tell with the orange tool was .You are a true craftsman. Shold be bigger for snuggfer fit and go under the tubed (will be more stable when tubes are inflated). Also using zipties are bad idea, because they are kinda sharp on egdes and may rub the tubes material if too way outside on insulation foam. Using zipties is unnecessary is this applicatuon.
@@cesar8359 Why would you add air wouldn't that make it more unstable? I thought once you use a wooden floor you no longer need to inflate the bottom part?

Thank you for letting me know, yes I was enthusiastic about it too but after a couple of tests on the lakes I could feel it's not safe. That's I stopped using it and just do fishing on the shore and I'm thinking of buying a cheap fishing boat. Anyway thanks for your concern and take care my friend
@@TheOsmodius I am also curious about how tf you fall out of the boat with a wooden floor lol like were you drunk and dancing around the edge or what? It seems a ridiculous thing to happen like how can you be sat down fishing and just fall from the boat and on top of that blame the wooden floor?
@@originlgazza5925 yeah no shit. wear a life preserver, have flotations on your valuables (e.g. dry box and rods). Tether the boat to flotations. The worst can always happen but people don't sink with inflatables because of the floor. That is silly talk.
started off good, but you ruined it in the middle by fastforwarding way too fast. I can't see what you're doing. Why did you break out the cardboard again and do all those measurements etc. when you already had the stencil on the plywood??? it gets really confusing around there. Sad because It was almost helpful. There are so many poeple doing this modification, but NOBODY really does a good job of showing you how to do it. This wasn't really helpful at all. Just you showing off I guess.
Well yes there was a stencil but as I was cutting the plywood, I realized maybe it would be much easier and would be the same cut if I would trace the half cut of the plywood and draw it to the other half of the plywood and cut it. I hope you understand what I mean.

I bolted a seat in the middle to join the wooden floor together and to avoid from bending and thanks for watching my friend

Are you able to stand on the boat?
Yes my friend I can stand on it
Why not use a sewing pattern wheel to trace out the pattern?
I don't know that. Thanks for watching
What mm is the wooden material and are you able to fish standing with the floor
It's a 12.7 mm plywood and yes I am able to stand while fishing you can see it on this video ruclips.net/video/pllN3dq3uXA/видео.html

Nice video mate, why do you think its nessasary to have the wooden floor cut out for the valve?
