I have listened to a number of versions of this piece, and have to say this is my favorite. The build up to the crescendo is perfect. The acoustics are incredible and the performance powerful and sublime. Goosebumps every time. I keep coming back...

Wonderful!
I was searching for a really great version of this song, and I listened to at least 10 different groups singing it before I came across yours.
I have to say, this choir sings this piece beautifully! The lead up to & the crescendo is by far sung the best by this choir. The director seems amazing.
The Rachmaninoff Ave Maria is my favorite of all the Ave Marias, and now that I've re-remembered it, and found a great rendition, I'm going to play this in my car instead of screaming at people in traffic! Thank you!

Thanks a lot! We actually just came back from visiting the Easter Festival in in Moscow, where we had the opportunity to sing this song with other choirs in the great Tchaikovsky Concert Hall. It's our favourite Bogoroditse Devo!

0:24 the male voices sound incredible especially here. I like that male female ratio is sort of 2:1 sounding so round/full with loudness in a nice/interesting balance.
