Do you think for most of us guys who watch and just love lifting and don't compete in anything from BB to strength training. In the end is it better for us to just use test and get great results once you just train hard. People are forgetting about training talk and it's all Steroids and food. Eat calories train hard. .. People don't get sloppy in the off season because they have a 'slow metabolism'; they get fat because they aren't eating clean and too much of it .. I have am over 60 and have a non-physical job .. I Don't have a 'fast metabolism' and have been smooth my whole life .. Last year I lost 65 lbs. in 5 months and got shredded to the bone .. I went from 240 to 175 and won a BB show, and i did it with absolutely NO CARDIO .. I kept carbs in, and did not go extreme on my diet .. When I reached 175, I mistakenly took someone's advice and began doing cardio .. I ended up losing more weight but it was all muscle .. It only left me stringy and over trained .. This has left me confused as to why everyone considers cardio a given .. Today I don't count calories, but I keep eating clean and stay under 200 in great shape all year long now ... Why do I not hear about those who do NOT advocate cardio? .. John Defendis is the only one I can think of
If you have a hard time digesting protein shakes have it atleast after one meal not First in the morning. And if you can blend in some cooked oats and berries for better absorption.

Dave, you said that going to trt levels is not good for overall growth. What if your natural testosterone is screwed up and your on trt for that? My natural testosterone levels was low 200s, if I decided to blast should I still come off completely. (Never used steroids before)

Just try it. Add some Nolvadex in the last 4 weeks. Prob more like 8 weeks to clear it out. You’ll still have it in your system for the first 2-4 weeks. Worst case is that you have an extra 2grams of test to bulk up with later.
No one is on 250g for TRT, that wouldn't be TRT, that's just being on gear, unless you're talking mg's, which may as well be nothing. Plenty of bodybuilders don't take more than 250g. For a month, you should just clean out or just take a natural test booster, just to keep the light flickering.
I think it's pretty awful how people get mad at new comers for heading to the gym for the new year. We're all trying to improve. Don't put them down or get bent out of shape.

I'm from buffalo. Get all 4 seasons. So amazing. But once Feb comes I'm sick of winter. Took my kid to Disney in Feb of 2019 and it's a different kind of heat. Humidity was fine. Used to it here in summer but the heat felt different. The same temperature here in Florida felt like my skin was being cut open. But it was a bucket list thing to do.

When I went I loved it tho cuz it went from being in 15 degree weather to 85 degrees. Had more energy and was giddy. The depression in the winter thing is real. No doubt. What a move. @@andyc9979 my family decided to go to Clearwater Beach in July. My dad and my sister were exposed to heat too much where it was serious that could have led to the Emergency Room. No Florida ever. I prefer cold over heat for sure. I would love to have San Diego weather everyday though

With the trt and cycle question. What happens if you’re on trt for life and cycle? Do you run a cycle. Come off for 6 weeks. Then restart trt?
