I like both the longer format and this shorter format videos. The shorter ones are like bitesize chunks of kitbuilding happyness! Keep em coming Mark!

Thanks for the comment! I've been thinking about making more of the shorter videos because it's easier and less time consuming for me to edit, but also the viewer doesn't have to sit there for 15 minutes watching a video. I'm thinking more videos of shorter length might be nice.

If ever I was to build a Super Duty & I was Zenith this would be must goto Instruction video. They must love you except when you highlight some of their little issues but this only makes it better for the next builder. Keep up the great work. Love your attention to detail.

The Zenith planes are so much fun to build. I really enjoy working with the aluminum and pulled rivets. I haven't really had any big issues with this kit so far. There's been a few small pieces that might not have fit perfectly, but it's really been a good kit-especially for an early model. I'm sure they've already made improvements to it by now!

@@KitplaneEnthusiast Am building a 750 STOL and your videos are a huge help. I am at the stage where I have to make the doors. You explain everything really well. If I go to the Zenair builder resources, the explanation is just awful ! It is photographs and a narrative. Can't see what is going on in the photos and can't understand half the narrative ! Zenith should already have videos such as yours. I wish I had known about your videos sooner ! One mistake was not taking an inventory at the beginning and there were parts missing ! As for the kit with new "improvements" I found the predrilled holes in the nose skins were not in the right place. Perfect at the bottom but about 1.5 mm out all along the top of the main spar resulting in distortion and having to correct by force. Also the skin didn't go neatly around the nose ribs, leaving a 1/4 inch gap between nose rib and inside the leading edge...a bitch to correct ! Would have been better if I could have drilled the holes in the top half of the nose skin myself. Told Roger about it which might help future builders, but not so good for me ! On the whole however I agree with you about the kit over all. It is pretty good.

Glad the videos are helpful. I don't believe your nose skins holes are mis-drilled. If you cleco the skin on the bottom to the forward ribs, and then wrap it around the leading edge and cleco the holes on the top to the top of the leading edge ribs, the leading edge of the skin will not touch the ribs in the front. That is normal and there is no reason why the skin 'should' touch the leading edge of the rib.

Last time I saw magic done with a file he was wearing a suit and tie!

I must have missed it and the question is somewhat off topic - what engine are you installing in your 750SD?
