@Marsha Butler they had enough to make their decision and the internet searches were the clincher. Maybe he could have cried or shown anger at who could have done this to his wife. Too removed, cold, emotionless.
It is so scary to me to hear a juror talk about being persuaded by someone's emotion or lack of emotion.
Yes, we all react differently to situations like this. He knew being convicted, his son would be an orphan and he would spend the rest of his life behind bars. Also the love between them had faded. All this could very well have made him numb and seemingly cold. A conviction should be based on facts, evidence and credible witnesses, not feelings or beliefs!

Like he eluded its no longer innocent till guilty but guilty till innocent and man would he need more than a solid alibi , they had him hung before the trial
Speaks to how terrible the defense team was that they put him on the stand and that they didn’t coach him better for his testimony.
The justice system needs to be revised. Like now. It's so old school.

I agree but as someone who was served as a juror on an 8 week manslaughter trial I can say that no way one hour is enough to portray the ups and downs of a trial. But usually this would work in the defendant's favour

People in the country don't always call 911. My uncle held his leg together in the back of a pickup on the way to the hospital. My cousin got burned terribly and took himself to urgent care. He then went home in agony to heal for weeks AMA. Accidents happen on farms. This is a crazy verdict.
This is so true! I have heard countless stories. Women in advanced labor driving themselves to the hospital. A hunter who shot his friend with an arrow in the abdomen and hauled him in in the bed of a pickup. A woman whose husband cut off 3 fingers with a saw and she dropped him off at the clinic and went to her hair appointment.

It doesn’t even have to be someone in the country. I never go to the doctor or ER unless I have to. I am a federal worker and it is too expensive to do anything unless you have to.
My dad cut off two of his fingers. He wrapped it and jumped into the car and drove to the hospital, ambulances take time especially in rural areas.

Absolutely one of the worst trails I have ever watched. Zero evidence that he did this. Shame on everyone involved, even his defense team.

@@crystalprice1942 If he killed her the blood would be all over him, walls, everywhere. His sons testimony clears him 100%. This woman fell on the spikes, tried to get up, pain and shock caused her to fail so she landed back on the spikes, tried to crawl out but wounds were to o bad.
I have always found this story super interesting because I had something eerily similar happen. Not a corn rake but a regular garden rake. I fell on it while raking rotten apples. I hurt myself, but I’m obviously still alive. Well, after I fell, I was hurt so bad that when I tried to get up, I fell right back down because of the pain, right back onto the rake. But I wonder, if I was actually hurt so badly that I died, would my husband be in prison right now?
Plus she was already dizzy from that surgery. Could you imagine being dizzy then the pain? Or slipping in a dirt floor, manybe tripping over equipment on the ground. It’s good to hear you’re OK. I remember watching this story the first time thinking it seems possible to have fallen down twice if you’re that dizzy. Thank you for sharing a you’re inside.

Well, between the internet searches and the affair/divorce I believe that's a done deal for what happened. If not for those factors it would have probably been more believable that it was an accident.

The deductive reasoning of the jurors is shocking😳. To think people's fate is placed in their hands, is terrifying.
And it seems pretty easy to believe she could have tried to get up and then fell on it again. Or that she tried to roll over
Happy that I’m not the only one that thinks this. The juror openly says “if not Todd then who else”. As if their incredulity is somehow a sign of his guilt. I definitely wouldn’t be happy sending a man to jail for the rest of his life on such little evidence.

If driving to the hospital is the fastest way to get an injured person medical care, as opposed to waiting for emergency services to come to you, then it makes perfect sense to not call 911 until you’re already on the road. Why would you waste valuable time calling before you leave for the hospital, when you can make that call while you’re moving and let them know what’s going on.
The jury decided he must be guilty because they could not think of a more likely scenario? F’n terrifying.
Right??! That's what I was thinking. That's not how this works people....man the guy's face when they said guilty too. You could tell he wasn't expecting that and I don't think he should have been because I think it's most LIKELY that he didn't do it.
After watching this it is just unbelievable to me that 12 jurors actually believed that he was guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

There's also the possibility that she actually had an accident, tried to get up and fell back on the rake. This may very well be a miscarriage of justice. Shouldn't we prefer to see a guilty man walk than an innocent man get life? The people who say "He did it" MIGHT be right and that's as much as they got - MAYBE
Yes, the fact that "belief" was the only thing they had to go on is enough only to believe someone is guilty, It's not enough to believe someone is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. That should be based on more than circumstantial evidence and feelings based on the "cold" behaviour of the suspect.
Hope he gets an appeal. I live in Iowa. People act on emotion not facts. They convicted on personality. A 17 year old shot his friend point blank in the middle of the day on a sidewalk downtown. He got 2 years. He's already free.

I really hate jurors condemning someone based off of their diagnosis of someone's emotional behavior. It's bull.
And then there are batsh!t crazy, narcissistic serial killers out there that are given 30-50 years with the possibility of parole. Justice is not blind, but very selective.
It sucks, worse is being coloured.
I had to spend 30 thousand for lawyers just to prove it wasn't me.

I’ve often been called cold an unemotional. If someone close to me was injured I’d feel confident that I could get them to the hospital faster than an ambulance. It’s a good thing this jury isn’t responsible for my fate. Did he do it? Maybe. Did the prosecution prove that? They sure as hell didn’t.
The prosecutor enraged me on his response to being accused a crime is not that of an innocent person's.
Three interviews found here on RUclips of people accused of crimes that were later proven to be innocent stand out in my head. All three were calm.( A fourth one I just remembered cried and denied it was a drug addict - the only one who showed the "appropriate" response).
The bf in the Denise Huskins case. One was black guy when the police were looking at for a white guy. I can't remember the specifics of the third other than it was a white guy.
Also watched plenty of cases this channel were the husband's/bf's interview behaviour were supposed to indicate their guilt only to find out they had nothing to do with it.

I think they would have demonised him the same way, if he hadn’t tried to drive her. It’s so messed up! I can’t believe the jury did that, why couldn’t just one of them say that there is basically no evidence for anything… cowards!

I hope the jurors realize their mistake and come out publicly admitting they messed up, force the verdict into a mistrial and give him a new trial. This is the strongest I’ve felt in a while that someone didn’t get the jury, trial, defense, and therefore verdict they deserved.

As of April 2023 Todd Mullis has asked for a new trial after some lawyers looked in to the case. Turns out the sheriff was good friends with Amy and so should not have been involved in this case. I hope he is granted a new trial with a more effective counsel and jurors who understand “reasonable doubt”.

I am absolutely shocked that he was convicted. It was so eerie to hear the Juror talk about convicting him based on his emotion or lack thereof. That his emotion can have more of an impact on them than evidence. Crazy...

Love how they found no evidence linking him to the crime but still found him guilty. The thing about jury is that they have the mindset of they would rather put an innocent man in jail than let a guilty man walk

Theree was evidence. Maybe not solid but they had evidence. The internet search, he and his son were the only ones on the property.
This is a scary example of how a bad jury and bad lawyering can affect the entirety of your case….

From a now divorced, faithful husband that's been cheated on by his wife multiple times. I can whole heartedly relate with his lack of emotion. At the end of my marriage if this would have happened to my wife I would have reacted the same exact way. The heart is beyond broken and all emotion is gone.

I'm a now divorced faithful wife who had much worse perpetrated on me by my ex husband. He is now dying by his own bad choices and it's horrible. Treat others how you want to be treated.

But I have found through personal experience that many religious people are not loving,nice or helpful in the least. (Think of the Puritans and you have 'religious people' today). They are deeply unforgiving and stiff necked. Look for the person who is kind, decent and loving with a good sense of humor..

casey anthony was more guilty. and walked. but i really think Todd hated her after her affairs. their marriage was over a long time ago. he tried to control her, and she relapsed. victims of DV are afraid to leave, to divorce. both adults were messed up. he couldve save his children by not killing THEIR mom.

I'm sorry but they need to go over this case again. She just recently left the hospital, she was dizzy and if she fell on that rake accidentally she might have tried to get up but fell back on it. I'm not saying he's not guilty I just need more evidence
She was probably worried about him finding out and was searching "what happens to cheating wives". Why would you even search that if you're the husband? Not how to clean blood? Or Farm Accidents? She was even searching for wedding dresses, as if the guy she was cheating with was actually going to leave his family.
Imagine you find out your wife is looking for wedding dresses. Ugh
If some of these women put the same effort that they waste on another man that most likely isn't even serious, back into their marriages instead of humiliating and hurting their husbands, they would end up alive, and most likely better off cuz. that is all he really wants after getting over the forgiving part ...
This is absolutely horrifying. Those jurors should be absolutely ashamed. Based on the evidence the son could have just as easily killed his mom for destroying the family and cheating on his dad. what a tragic miscarriage of justice.

Apparently. They both alibi each other. But his dad was the one in control. He was directing his son where to go or where to be or what to do. He said that. His dad was the who sent him to exactly where his mother was dead to find her. His dad was also the one controlling his mother.

exactly. i was screaming this the whole time. i don’t think the son did it but to me i think he looks more guilty than the dad. at first he said the dad never left his sight and then he changed his story to he doesn’t even know how long his dad was out of sight. possibly because he got spooked and wanted to save himself. again i’m 99% sure that’s not the case and i believe the son is innocent. but is there a possibly he did it? yes absolutely. utterly disgusting.
There is so much reasonable doubt it’s shocking that he was convicted. Terrifying to think someone’s fate is left in the hands of random jurors which are not necessarily well versed in understanding and interpreting the law or even have passed some sort of test that proves they have acceptable methods to think things through in general.

My family lives on a 600 acre farm at least 20-30 minutes from the hospital. I heard screaming as my husband & his brother were hit by a truck while riding a 4 wheeler. I jumped in the truck & backed up to my brother-in-law who was laying in the field with a broken leg. My husband took over driving to the hospital. That's how it's often done out in the country. My husband was a US Navy SEAL with extensive training in offensive & defensive driving. I know we got there quicker than it would have taken for an ambulance to get there & then turn around & drive to the hospital. 🤷♀️

Exactly… Why didn’t he cal an ambulance? BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO DRIVE OUT THERE THEN TURN AROUND AND GET TO THE HOSPITAL?? People have no common sense. We live out too and would not sit around waiting for an ambulance to arrive!

My childhood home was in the country and we actually had a situation where 911 was called and it took 28 minutes for an ambulance to arrive.
The County we lived in and the neighboring County were arguing about who was closer to our address and couldn't decide...
I can drive to EITHER counties hospital in less then 20 minutes without breaking any laws..
28 minutes just to arrive.. not make it to the emergency room.
I was in EMS for 15 years. I was always amazed at people that would wait on an ambulance instead of getting in route.
This juror made me so damn mad. Everything she pointed out as to why they established a guilty verdict was crap. No proof it was him whatsoever.
She wasn’t afraid of him enough to have multiple affairs. They could have very well of sent an innocent man to jail.

It’s scary that he was convicted on the point of not calling 911 but instead taking her to the hospital. Ambulances can take ages to arrive, especially in places in the middle of nowhere, maybe on his appeal they will gather more evidence that actually does prove his guilt because this isn’t enough. As far as disposition: him being ‘guilty because he looked cold’, thats another tragic judgement. When my best friend died of suicide, I didnt outwardly show emotion, everyone is different, so it was foolish of them to mark him as guilty just because of these 2 things.
I would have grabbed something to stop the bleeding then called for perimedics . They could have airlifted her to the hospital.

@@fionnagrey2425 I'm guessing you have never been to Iowa. I have family that lives there and I've been many times. It doesn't work like that. You have to wait for the ambulance to come and then they take them to be air lifted if necessary. It Just doesn't work like that out there
Anyone who lives in the country should be able to understand his actions which were completely appropriate, his demeanor and everything about him speaks to him being a hardworking and honorable man.

Whether he did it or not, there was reasonable doubt and I don't think there was enough evidence to convict him. I was shocked when the jury declared him guilty.

I’ve always lived in the country. I’ve been seriously hurt several times, never called 911, and drove myself to a hospital. I’ve also gotten up and fallen again on one of those accidents. I’ve also been a private investigator that investigated murders and I can tell you that blood would have been everywhere had someone hit and killed her. I believe she fell on the corn rake because she was dizzy and was then injured so badly that she fell on the rake again while the rake was still partially stuck in her back, causing more punctures than four. An innocent man has been unjustly convicted. There was more than reasonable doubt.
Perfectly reflects all of my thoughts! Raised on a farm, 30 miles away from the nearest hospital, when we had injuries, it was immediately into the truck, race to town to the hospital. This was a travesty of injustice upon Mr. Mullis. I hope the Innocence Project can dig into this!

Yes! That is exactly what I think happened and is what I've thought since watching the trial live. Fact, she was dizzy. Having recently had a surgery of some sort. She walks into a storage barn/shed on a farm. Of course it's going to have everyday farm implements and other items in with the pet carrier. She walks in and gets dizzy, she falls back into the rake twines. She is hurt, bleeding and a nurse. She knows how bad she is hurt and knows she has to move herself. She pulls herself off and now the blood loss on top of being dizzy and she falls back into it. I've lived in the country my entire life in the country and this is totally in the realm of possibility.
"We found him guilty beyond reasonable doubt because we couldn't explain how else she might have died." What a sense of duty! This trial is flawed in its entirety. The jury did not understand that putting a possibly innocent man behind bars for life is far worse than letting a criminal out.

This is what happens when the jury is not informed by the court what their job is and how the law works. It's reasonable doubt - it's not CSI where there has to be proof. He did not get a fair trial in my book, especially his attorney telling the jury Amy was murdered case in point.

I feel so bad for him. I don't think he should have been found guilty, there wasn't enough evidence that he had done anything. Things like this bother me. Unless there is 100% evidence that proves he did it, I don't think he should have been convicted.

Lack of emotion for a woman that cheated on him not once but twice, and literally having the court confirm the 2nd affair right there in court - so he found out on the fly. Wow I can’t believe he wasn’t bawling his eyes out for this incredibly faithful woman! What a monster he is. His lack of emotion must mean he’s guilty.

Our Justice System doesn't work all the time. There's people in prison who are innocent and guilty people still walking around. This is very sad! 😞
I'm horrified by what that juror said about him being 'cold'. I was on a jury a while ago and we were so careful to avoid making snap judgements like that. Whether or not he did it, I'm appalled that they managed to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt based on what the prosecution presented.
They said that after being specifically asked in an interview. It was an impression. It doesn't mean that's why they convicted him.

@Tentin Quarantino Where I live, we receive fully paid holidays, illness and jury duty time. We also have paid time off in the case of death of a family member. I've served on a jury. 8 of us had full time jobs and University degrees. We were all paid expenses for travel to and from court. We were given healthy lunches and snacks for breaks. That ensures a good and efficient jury, with nobody being disadvantaged by serving. Even the 2 smokers had a special room to use. I see it as my duty to serve on juries, if called.

This definitely seems like an accident. If he supposedly hit her twice with that thing…wouldn’t there be 8 holes? This is what would give me reasonable doubt if I was a juror. Also, wouldn’t the child have heard her screaming if someone was about to hit her with that thing?
One of the end prongs missed her, so just 3 prongs punctured her for each hit. I think she fainted and fell on the 3 prongs, and while removing the rake, she fell on the 3 prongs again on a slightly different angle due to pain and loss of blood.
How they found him guilty is incredible.

Living at a far away farm, I , as well, would have take my close one and make a call from the car , to speed up the rode to the hospital. In highly stressful situations, human beings often make illogical decisions.

If someone goes to the restroom, or for water, as he did, you don't see the other person during that time, but you would notice if they took longer than usual.. The narrator even said there was not enough time for dad to get there and back. This was not brought out at trial. Sad.

I've stepped on rakes a few times when I was younger and they have a habit of wobbling and getting you again.
I honestly don’t know about this one but usually in the 911 call you can tell but in this one Todd sounded real and as far as him taking her into ER that was faster than waiting for an ambulance.

In rural areas you throw people in a truck first and call 911 on the way. Its much much faster and then generally you meet an ambulance. Thats normal even back in the day before cell phones only difference you drove or flew to the hospital.
I absolutely agree not to mention a lot of times in the country paramedics & firefighters are volunteer and can be very slow or not the rite fit for the job,

I watched the entire trial. I think when she fell, by reflex she attempted to get up and then fell again. The prosecutor also accused him of saying something derogatory to her while performing CPR and having 911 on the line. I listened to the recording manny times and could not come close to that accusation. I couldn’t vote him guilty if I was on the jury.

It was odd to me when he became frustrated I think while doing CPR and sorta yelled at her to breathe, but I think it was his way of processing she just wasn’t going to be resuscitated and he was upset. Being mad at a loved one for leaving you is a normal part of grieving. I’m not taking up for this guy because this one has me perplexed but I sorta don’t think this was an accident.

I can’t believe the nail in the coffin was him not calling 911 and internet searches. I live in a very rural area and the nearest hospital is 40 minutes away. It’s extremely common for people in rural areas to either not call 911 and transport the injured person themselves, or call 911 on their way. We’ve had to call an ambulance before and it took them almost as long to get to our home than it did had we just drove them ourselves.
The internet searches could have been made by anybody, especially the man she was cheating with being he worked there and probably had access to their computers. Idk if the husband did it, but they certainly shouldn’t have found him guilty. They did not prove him guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

That’s how some people do things, they don’t wait they act. He acted. What I would want in an emergency too if I were hurt, unless of course it’s a neck or back injury then it’s best to not move the person until help arrives.
The one juror said he was trying to get her away from the crime scene/farm. That’s based on an assumption, and is not enough to convict someone.
It actually makes a lot of sense for someone living rurally but 12 minutes from the hospital to rush to the hospital (i.e. assured medical attention in 12 minutes) than to risk waiting for emergency response that may be dispatched from further away.
Depending on the situation calling on the way is your best bet if you need immediate help. It's fairly common in rural areas to do that. You can meet EMTs halfway but people should know not to remove objects if stabbed. In the moment he might not have realized it would slow her bleeding and ideally should've left the rake in her and put her in the car. Then drove while calling 911 on the way.
Wow, life without the possibility of parole! I was surprised to hear that verdict. It seems like there were a lot of holes, or things left out, maybe we just didn't hear them in this broadcast. Call me crazy but I could see why he would have put her in the car and started driving before calling 911. You would be in such a state of shock to find your loved one in such a condition, and you just want to get her the hell to the hospital! It's like the instinct to pull something out of your skin even though it will make you bleed faster. You almost do it without thinking, because you just want it out of you! And to say that he was without emotion or cold? Trauma and grief effects everyone differently. Maybe he did it, maybe he didn't, but something about this case felt very wrong to me. It is a tragedy all around.

If I was one of the jurors who was interviewed, I wouldn’t want my name released either. Those jurors sent a man to prison without adequate proof. Terrible injustice to him and his children.

Given that she was extremely paranoid about him finding out (evident by her telling literally everybody), the internet searches can be explained perfectly by her own sense of guilt and paranoia. The cameras weren't working for weeks. Where is a single piece of even circumstantial evidence?

This is a very disturbing case. He didn't get a fair trial at all. His legal team and the jury didn't do a thorough job. Yes...the jurors were judging by "preponderance of evidence" instead of "reasonable doubt." If I were in that jury pool I would have been aggressive in reminding them about that, as we deliberated.

I agree with you 💯. Unfortunately, a lawyer can sleep through 25% of a trial and STILL somehow be deemed "effective" by an appeals court (and yes, that was a real case). For anyone interested, look up "ineffective assistance of counsel appeals" to check out just how difficult it is to prove that counsel was ineffective. For every 1,000 appeals, maybe it gets proven one time. Absurd.
My first question, if you were worried about your wife, why would you ask her to make any extra trips on the way to the house at all? Especially something so easy for you or your son to do? Why would you put her in danger at all. She should have been going straight to the house. And, why would you send your son to check on your mom if you didn't see the pet carrier? Wouldn't you say something like, "looks like mom forgot carrier, can you go get it". Why would you say, check on mom if you had given her the option to even get the carrier. If it does seem right. It's not. Jury was correct.

When you don't have investigators collecting evidence & detectives requesting investigators what to collect and how to also you get what you get. We need legistation passed to support police academy's for all deputies/sheriff's to learn police work before doing ANY investigations/detective work EVER without the correct training & knowledge. I had a loved one pass away many years ago by falling on a object impaling them, and getting up to go get help, and immediately falling again. Impaling them again. Was on security footage. I immediately thought of this when hearing this case.
What a shame the cameras in this case were only operational the next day..

Also, anyone with half a brain should know you never remove a punctured object from a person, as that can worsen the injury and cause more bleeding.
They also moved her in general, which is also a bad idea. You don’t ever move an injured person as that too can worsen their condition.

"Why didn't he call 911" Well, as someone who was born and raised in Iowa and lived in the country, allow me to give an example. My dad had a heart attack in front of me. I called 911, and the ambulance took half an hour to arrive. I could have driven him to the hospital in 10 to 15 minutes. On top of that, it cost me $1000 for the ambulance ride that turned out to be a waste of time.
Are we sure he got a jury made up of people that live in that county cause this doesn't make Iowans look good.
Even 8k miles away in India, I find his conviction baffling. He could have done it, but based on this episode the prosecution did not prove it beyond reasonable doubt. He had a relatively strong Alibi and no witness or no forensic proof against him. Not sure what the Jury was smoking to reach a conclusion that he was guilty!!

This could have easily been accidental.
Ex: she went into the red shed, while trying to get the cat box she got dizzy and fell on the corn rake, tried to pick herself up but fell again.

The problem with "sleuths" like yourself is you never actually look at fatal injuries critically when there's absolutely no suspicion of foul play (maybe several witnesses or zero opportunity for foul play). What you'd find if you did this is that, unless you have a second by second video of how someone got injured, many injuries would be hard to explain after the fact.

If you live in BFE, there's a strong possibility EMTs won't get there for a while and the nearest hospital might be a good ways away. I don't see her husband calling after putting her in a truck being all that suspicious. Idk how this ends, but two thirds of the way through it doesn't look good for Todd. And wtf, he tells his wife to get something out of the red shed. He doesn't see what she was asked to.get. doesn't seem totally unreasonable to ask your kid to check the place he asked his wife to go. Again idk how it ends, but this guy's wife fooled around on him to begin with, and because of that it's HIS character that's brought into question.
This is so ridiculous 🙄. And I've read that appeal was also denied. How insane that those 12 jurors sent a man for life in prison without any physical forensic evidence 😳. I hope his family will fight for him and he gets released, or at least new beyond reasonable doubts evidence occurs.

I feel like everyone on the jury forgot their objective. "GUILTY BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT". EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER has their doubts on this case.
It very well could be that he killed her, but the only question a jury needs to answer time and time again is, "IS HE GUILTY BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT?"
I swear even the judge forgot. It's not about justice, it's not about revenge, it's not even about doing the right thing, it's about preventing sending someone who MIGHT be innocent to jail. Not about finding justice for her "killer" if there even was one. Does all the evidence point to this man being a murderer? Maybe a little? But not all? Then don't send him to jail.

I have a very close friend who was going through marital problems like most people but last summer he tripped while working in his yard and fell full body force on garden sheers and they punctured his chest and missed his heart by three centimeters ! He almost died that day I'm glad he's alive and was able to tell his story

This guy couldn't have been more genuine and real, the system failed this gentleman he straight up got rail roaded into a guilty verdict. No direct evidence that point to him as being her attacker, this vary well could have been a rare bizarre accident. This man deserves a new trial and defense team!!

My great grandmother had a brain aneurysm while gardening and feel on a rake. Unfortunately, it stabbed her in the neck. My uncle had just arrived home and found her and thought someone murdered her. Very sad case

One point I did want to make is, the defense mentioned Pinterest being googled on the family iPad, and alluding that the husband wouldn’t be searching anything on that app.
Well, I copied the URL for the Pinterest search and it brings you to a photo with the words “once you hunt man, you will always have the thirst.” It was a quote whoever using the iPad at that time was trying to find. It also has a picture of a wolf.
I would be very curious to know if Trysten had a fascination with wolves around that time. And I also wonder if there was any DNA testing on the iPad to see if the lover’s DNA would be on it. Maybe he planted searches.
Sadly, with the evidence presented in this video, I don’t believe there’s enough firm evidence to convict anyone. I really hope the right person is in prison.

We live an hour from the nearest hospital. No one would call 911 and WAIT for them to come to us. We all head to town and THEN call 911. They can meet us enroute. Thats totally normal around here. I can easily envision Amy falling on the rake, attempting to extricate herself from it (son said he found her on her hands and knees), getting one side of herself lifted off just 2 tines, and then falling again, out of strength, and accounting for 6 punctures. "reasonable doubt" is there. A conviction is wrong where reasonable doubt is present.
