I do too, sad to see that they upgraded to an MCC7500E automatic paging console, but it was because of a dispatcher shortage.

The concept of primary and secondary PSAPs is frustrating. I understand that its necessary in some systems, but having to ask basic questions (especially location and nature) more than once is a very inefficient process.

I agree, just having one person handle the whole call. People then will become frustrated having to repeat information and during any emergency there blood pressures high, there not thinking clearly, there anxiety is going so having to reexplain it would make it difficult and piss the person off just cause there already not cool, calm and collected.

I know theres Central County and East Central Dispatch, but whats the third one? West County Dispatch? From what I know they only dispatch police.
