Visited the shop last week. They have a great collection of hotel and bakery shop items. I personally visited the other shops out there near ukkadam. I can say the price is much cheaper when compared to other shops. Looking forward to the next purchase here.

After watching this video ,I have contacted Bhai and visited his warehouse. I have ordered two cupboards for personal use. Honestly it was a good move to contact him, very genuine and helpful person. He talked through us with our requirement and suggested few changes and yes that's exactly what we wanted.
I haven't find a reason to negotiate as he is comparably competent ( right price for the product).
Interesting thing is he taught me how he uspricing for an cupboard with the measurements from a Sqft rate.
We have bought the cupboards with the glass door and requested him for a delivery on first floor. He just charged us for the delivery and given the assurity that any damage on move will be fixed by him. But his delivery workers has done a remarkable job in getting it to our kitchen in the first floor.
Best and most assurable purchase I have every made.
