My mind went to something like apple sauce but instead of apples it could be peach sauce another idea Is after you freeze it into cubes add it to a blender with some vodka and orange juice or skip the orange juice and use tea instead but definitely use the vodka more is best lol
Mmmmm, I'm from Atlanta (Georgia Peach 😉🍑), and I LOVE peach tea. Yours looks so delicious. I would stir the leftover pulp into pancake batter or use it in a peach crumble. I'm sure it would also be really good stirred into some oatmeal ✨
Great recipe... if you're an oatmeal fan, the mashed peaches that are leftover from the syrup are so good mixed with cooked oats. That's what I do whenever I make my DIY Starbucks Peach Green tea! :)
If you branded this tea and placed it in glass jars to sell at local grocery stores or Wal-Marts, it would be sure to sell off the shelves in the south! Yes, girl! I love some sweet peach tea!
Oh mercy sweetheart! You were the first recipe for peach iced tea and that honey Southern voice made me a subscriber in about 14 seconds!! And I don’t like cooking! You are just precious! Love your channel❤️
I love your voice! And your tea looks so delicious! I’m a Cali girl who moved to Georgia two years ago and your tea makes me want to be country, sit outside and enjoy the country life!
I'm a huge peach tea drinker and I have a lot of trouble to find a good one in my country. I just tried your recipe and that's by far one of the best I've had for a really long time. I used the pulp to make a peach, raspberry and apple crumble. Thanks for your recipe. xoxo from France !!!!
Thank you for this recipie! I took it to school everyday and it was delicious :) tip: I left the pulp in, and strained it only when I drunk it so the peach flavour intensified
I am SO glad you made this. I followed someone else's video and they had the pulp in it and I HATED it. I'm with you. I like my tea CLEAR! Thank you for doing this video ❤️
Thank you for sharing! I and my kids love sweet iced tea. Cannot wait to try this. My late grandparents lived in the south. I know I had this before but couldn’t figure out the difference in my flavor from hers. I was so little back then. It was the peaches.🍑
I used frozen peaches and put them in the blender before cooking them. There was barely any pulp left when I strained it but the tea was still really smooth. Thanks for the great receipe! It tastes wonderful!
Make muffins, peach preserves, use to make sweet and sour sauce, or put on top of ice cream after whizzing in a blender, or use as center flavoring between a layer cake! Thank you for the great video.
Wonderful tutorial, Monique! If you peel the peaches, use an immersion blender (stick blender) after cooking them. There won't be as much pulp to have to discard. And your tea will taste even "peachier" -- if that's a word. A tall glass of sweet tea just makes everything seem better--add peaches and it's nearly perfect!
I made a very similar tea recipe yesterday using blueberries and lemon juice. I couldn't throw out all that tasty pulp left from the blueberry syrup, so I turned it into a breakfast syrup that I poured over homemade waffles this morning. I combined and simmered the blueberry pulp with pecan syrup, ground ginger, a splash of water, a touch of brown sugar, and some grape jelly. Yes, grape jelly --I wanted the pectin to thicken the sauce a bit. It also offered a nice background note for the twice cooked blueberries. Right now as I type this, there are peaches simmering on the stove to make a pitcher of your peach tea to enjoy on a super hot Sunday afternoon. It's smelling peachy in here. :) Thanks Monique!
If you take all the left over peach pulp and blend it up, you can add it to ice cream, or muffins, or cake. Or, you can leave it as it is, mix it into some other fresh or frozen fruit top it off with some crumble and make cobbler. You know what they say, waste not want not.
freeze the pulp into ice cubes and add them to the drink cups reduces the tea from watering down and adds some texture
oh or make the peach into like a sherbert
good idea
Best idea ever

Best glass of peach tea I've ever tasted. No need to ever buy the store-bought stuff again with artificial peach flavorings. Love this recipe!
Took the peach pulp from the freezer today and made a delicious batch of peaches-n-cream oatmeal. Puts that pre-packaged oatmeal sawdust to shame!
