freeze the pulp into ice cubes and add them to the drink cups reduces the tea from watering down and adds some texture

My mind went to something like apple sauce but instead of apples it could be peach sauce another idea Is after you freeze it into cubes add it to a blender with some vodka and orange juice or skip the orange juice and use tea instead but definitely use the vodka more is best lol

Mmmmm, I'm from Atlanta (Georgia Peach 😉🍑), and I LOVE peach tea. Yours looks so delicious. I would stir the leftover pulp into pancake batter or use it in a peach crumble. I'm sure it would also be really good stirred into some oatmeal ✨

Great recipe... if you're an oatmeal fan, the mashed peaches that are leftover from the syrup are so good mixed with cooked oats. That's what I do whenever I make my DIY Starbucks Peach Green tea! :)

If you take all the left over peach pulp and blend it up, you can add it to ice cream, or muffins, or cake. Or, you can leave it as it is, mix it into some other fresh or frozen fruit top it off with some crumble and make cobbler. You know what they say, waste not want not.

Made this and turned out delicious YUM, and I let the peace pulps cool down and used it as a preserve for toast and also spread some on my pancakes. it was so delicious. I only kept it for two days though in a mason jar in the fridge, not sure how long it will last, you might be able to freeze it, but it was so yummy 🙂

    • @3abo0or

I'm sure it would have lasted longer since it was cooked with sugar. Sugar acts as a preservative.

I made a very similar tea recipe yesterday using blueberries and lemon juice. I couldn't throw out all that tasty pulp left from the blueberry syrup, so I turned it into a breakfast syrup that I poured over homemade waffles this morning. I combined and simmered the blueberry pulp with pecan syrup, ground ginger, a splash of water, a touch of brown sugar, and some grape jelly. Yes, grape jelly --I wanted the pectin to thicken the sauce a bit. It also offered a nice background note for the twice cooked blueberries.
Right now as I type this, there are peaches simmering on the stove to make a pitcher of your peach tea to enjoy on a super hot Sunday afternoon. It's smelling peachy in here. :) Thanks Monique!

This tea looks amazing. I know this might sound strange but what teabags do you use? I’m from England and we tend to use “English breakfast tea” the most but there’s literally hundreds of teas on the market. We don’t drink a lot of iced tea here, it’s hot tea with milk & sometimes sugar. Xx

Y'all follow this recipe and you'll realize tea, let lone anything, could taste this dang good (OMG!). Seriously, I gave up drinking everything except for water & coffee. Then got into teas (pretty much all you tea recipes) and also the lemonades (the Watermelon is insane!). I feel so much better & can tell a big difference drinking healthier w/ out the sodas and just sticking to water and tea etc. However, one thing I could never and would never do w/ out is coffee. Anyway, love your channel!

Make frozen peach dessert: partially freeze left-over pulp into small cubes. Put peach-pulp ice cubes and ur favorite yogurt (peach or mango yogurt r good) in food processor. Add other fruits as desired (strawberries, frozen mango cubes, frozen mixed berries, cherries) I also use frozen "raw" cranberries (I like the tart flavor).

With the pulp get some pastry or some pie crust and cut it in squares, put a spoonful or 2 in the square and fold it over to make a triangle, put 2 slits on the top and close the triangle by taking a fork and pressing it on the outside edges, then place a a baking sheet, and put some melted but all over the pastry to give it that golden color and bake in the oven as long as the pastry or pie crust need to cook. Tada now you have peach pastries 😁
