Quick question if you happen to read this comment - how do you get the coloration on your viennoiseries to be so rich and dark? Typically when I bake them they turn out a more lightly golden color, and if I cook them beyond that they become burnt…
Thank you so much I really appreciate it :) 🙏🙏 I add a bit of honey to my pastry gilding made of milk and sour cream, that what gives them that golden brown color :) 🙌
