Hi Ant. I just wanna say THANKS!- you kick some serious a** in Oasis lessons. Serious a**-kicking! Besides being a superb rock guitarist, you must have one he*-*- of a keen ear, picking out each and every lick, riff, and piece the way you do. I just found 'you" on RUclips last eve, and my above is regarding your Oasis lessons generally. I don't like all of Noel's stuff so much (not so much late Oasis and post-Oasis), but let's all be honest, those first 3 or 4 years of hits, Oasis crushes it, as good as any rock ever-- ruling the real-rock world with Smashing Pumpkins in the mid 90s-- a GREEAAT time for rock! Cigs & Alcohol, Don't Look Back in Anger, Wonderwall... these three songs particularly are JUST PLAIN timeless fantastic, period. Oasis and Noel as a songwriter are immortal forever in rock with these three... so little of rock isn't immediately, instantly disposable in the worst sense. Noel and the blokes "passed my test." THANK YOU for giving "real-deal" lessons! I feel in love (with the music), excited, engaged... I know you get the point... frick this is good sh**!

Hey Ant, great tutorial, everyone seems to disregard the lead guitar on this track and focuses on the acoustic only. Maybe not a popular one but could you do a video on Elephant Stone at some point? One of my favourite Roses tunes right now. Don’t think there are any good electric lessons on it.
Hi Theo! Haha I think I might actually start the new year with a few more Oasis tracks, absolutely love Acquiesce, there's a great live version of it at Manchester in 2009 (I think) that I adore! I was thinking I'd surprise all of you with a track from Be Here Now as my next lesson haha
Good job man but just one thing: When Noel played this acoustically in Australia, you could see that he did the b minor up on the 7th fret, leaving the two high strings open
I did consider doing it that way, but it's more practical closer to the next chords! Also we must remember the notes are all the same the important thing is to add the open E string as it counts as a chord extension! That aside, hope you are well my friend!
I've always really enjoyed listening to gas panic, there's something really cool about the groove isn't there?! Great lyrics too! Anyway, yeah I'm down for both of those to be honest, I'm not convinced there's a great backingtrack for gas panic available but I'll have a look!!
