thanks! did the recipe 1-1. made one loaf and rolled up the rest. perfect consistency. I needed only 10 cups. Froze half them after baking and cool. Thisbis a recipe my kids can do.
I will add the salt next time lol. We have no salted butter here. Will try the garlic version later.

Your welcome! I think I’m going to start freezing after baking as well. How old are your kids? My 10 year old loves to bake.

    Hi
Thank you for sharing your recipe. I’m looking forward to trying your recipe. I have a question does the honey make the bread taste sweet? My 6 year old doesn’t like sweet tasting bread. Can I omit the honey? I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you

Hey there! It seems like a lot of honey but it makes a lot of bread and it doesn’t make the bread taste sweet. I wouldn’t omit it because that honey feeds the yeast which increases the rise and softness of the dough. Let me know how he likes it!

wondering what size of bucket you bought for the bread?

Sorry for the delayed response! I looked all over it and it’s not labeled. My husband and I guesstimate that it’s a 3 gallon bucket.
