So I switched to Webstorm from VS Code some time ago now. My main reason for it, is that Jetbrains products allow you to drag files to a separate window, meaning with a dual monitor setup, I can have 4 script open in view at a time and have them be easily accessible/readable. Probably not everyone's preference, but I really like that feature.

I think this is quite new but vs code has this feature now too with some limitations. Right click on the tab of your file in vs code and click open in new window

Funny you say that VS Code added that feature very recently, not too late to come back lol

VS Code > File > Duplicate Workspace = what you are looking for.

VSCode startup time depends of the plugins you have installed.

    - You don't to open the toolbox to open Fleet once installed though (toolbox can indeed take some extra ressources while running).
    - I do not use fleet, I am not a big fan...
I can only compare to my Jetbrain IDE's. I noticed that VSCode was equivalent to my Jetbrain IDE's in terms of ressources at "equal functionalities": Meaning after installing all the necessary plugins that would give VCCode the same capabilities as Jetbrain's in term of IntelliSense, Linting, and, templating code, refactoring...
Though you cannot control how the extensions are maintained or their performance in VSCode. I prefer the controlled and all-integrated environment of Jetbrain's IDEs.

That is correct - you indeed do not need to open fleet through the toolbox. I didn’t mention that in the video.

The video was perfect, But I wished you have putted the mic top of your head where the camera can not capture the mic, so we can clearly your face and it will have a better impression too.

Thank you! Yes, I am working on the Strapi series and a few videos are upcoming. The next one will be released on New Year’s eve, but it is quite simple. There are a few more complex videos on Strapi I’m working on which take more time to make.
