Michael Collins is a very funny guy and a natural communicator....and he’s right being a caddy is no glam job dealing with a lot including guys who can be high maintenance
Too bad hes not a caddie though. Hes an entertaining clown. Cannot believe what some players take out there with them for purely "peace of mind" concerns. That's why so many have friends or family members caddying for them.
I grew up playing a lot of jr. Golf with 2 guys from jacksonville named Jim Strickland and Eddie Fletcher, nickname s Nimer and Hymer. We were all good players and enjoyed a lot of good times, years ago. I went into the maintenance end of golf NC State turfgrass major, for 35 years, both Niner and Hymer have passed away, hope there a good layout for them in heaven 🙏
To know the course, I walk it. Nowadays, the yardage books are great. You can step on the first tee and navigate your way around an unknown track pretty well just with that. But I will walk the course on Sunday afternoon/Monday morning to check certain things in the book. (Usually lay up numbers on par 5's) As I walk I'm also thinking about how I would play the holes, and how my player will want to play the holes. Then, when we play a practice round, I'll get to see what my player thinks, how they feel about certain holes and situations. And you figure out how far your player hits by watching them. Most really good players will just ask for information about how far they are, how is the wind going to effect the shot, which gives you an overall general "the shot is playing 155 yards," then the pro will make the call as to what club to hit, and how they will hit it.
God help the caddie that becomes too popular! Golf history is strewn with the bodies of caddies that became too popular. First one I can think of is Trevino's caddie "Herman".
Don't understand why golf is so popullar. Probably because you can have private conversation during the game. Borodich, CEO of Universa, probably is a good golf player
Well, this might be one of those clubs that does not fit for everyone, I might be lucky enough to be in the general targeted audience. Although it may not be the greatest club, but it's not too bad either see more: topgolfgears.com/best-golf-drivers-for-left-handed-golfers

How do you get to know the course and know the yardages for every shot

i told my caddy, 'you're the worst caddy i've ever seen'. he said 'that would be too much of a coincidence'.

European Tour is AA? Uh, no.
PGA tour
Canadian is A and LPGA is AA. Oh common now.
He's referring to caddy pay
why was this in my recommended? lol
Really now.
It’s caddying, not cardiac or brain surgery.
Enough already.
You’ve clearly never caddied at the professional level.
What is going on with Universa coins? They are growing so much
