This has perfect drinking food written all over it. I can imagine sitting in Hanoi, with several glasses of bia hoi, enjoying a plate of this with friends.
This was a good recipe. Slightly salty than what I’m used to but the flavor was there. Next time, I would drain it a little longer because the coating was a little tough, chewy after frying. Still a keeper. Thank you for sharing!
Liked the video i made a version of salt and pepper tofu the other day for lunch with curry powder and lemon grass, are you going to in the future do any dishes like Cơm Đỏ tomatoes are one of my favorite vegetables and that dish is absolutely scrumptious. Dau Hu Sa is my favorite tofu dish with the lemon grass, especially if the tofu is cut into thin rectangles or strips, on a bowl with some rice and sauce soy its great.
That sounds great! I do have a com do recipe - but it primarily goes with my bo luc lac - not sure if that what you're looking for, but will have that recipe up soon!
@@feedthepudge I think Com do is just a versatile dish that it can be a great template for other dishes like bo la lot with it, interested to see how your recipe turns out!

Thanks for this, hubby is vegan so i do a lot of tofu in bun and banh mi. Faves would be stuffed or rolled tofu skin and stuffed tofu
oooh this in banh mi would be fire! I would cut it up into longer rectangles for that though!
