- Growing us in the city water was something that was just always there. You turn on a faucet, and there it is. Water was something more or less taken for granted.
When we purchased our homestead property, we knew there was no water, and we knew that would be one of our first priorities. But how would we do that? Water is life, water is everything. You take it for granted until you don't have it...and water turns into gold. The search for it led us to figuring out how to get water from a spring, to water dousing, to digging a well. Follow along with us as we figure out how to solve the water puzzle.
