I know the ours can be worn any finger, most recommended is the index, I guess galaxy watch will be the same

This "review" is so so bailed on oura side hahaha. "is so expensive, oura is cheaper..." ahhaha
Samsung comes with a case that has its own battery and charge the ring, oura does not. Oursa is a greedy company that wants to keep making money even after selling the product. Samsung will never charge for the use of Samsung Health. All the data collected from their devices are allways shown and can be sync with google health and other "bridge systems" and is your data and you can use it as you want, oura Charge you to simply get the temperature from the device you "own".
They say that they use the data to improve the app, bla bla bla, I used oura for almost 2 years, and the app is exactly the same.
Samsung can proces the data with AI if you want. For free.
Yes Samsung is bigger company and can maintain an app getting the income from all the devices they sell, and oura cant compete with that. But they should let you get the data from your ring, all the metrics, not processed, not recommendations, but let you use your hardware.
But noup they are too greedy to let you do that. I'm glad that now they have a really competitor and people can get away from them
