Thanks for the post. We are (hopefully) going back to Kauai in October, and I love that you highlighted things more "off the beaten path, over Bubba's Burgers, Coconuts, Tip Top, etc. While I love them all as well, it's been done over and over so this was refreshing!!

Pukadog in Poipu is awesome too! Hawaiian hot dogs, not a food truck but definitely worth a try. Oh and locally it's known as 'shave' ice, not 'shaved' ice ;-)

Helpful info. Too many "um"s in the description. Also "açai" does not have a hard 'c' sound (like a 'k') it’s actually a soft "c" with the "i" pronounced: "uh-sigh-ee."

You missed Namaste Indian Food Truck next to Anatta's Thai Food Truck, Which is excellent!
I love Anatta's fried rice and their red curry with bamboo shoots btw, But you must try Namaste even if the line is super long (one man operation) but it will be worth it.

Yes, Namaste India truck is excellent.Just returned from kauai, and I am promoting good reviews on every kauai page because he truly deserves it.

How many days were you there? Never tried food trucks but you've made me curious. Going to be giving them another look. I notice you got one of the famous roosters in your video to round out the whole Kauai experience. 😊
We were there for about 10 days! I would definitely recommend trying some food trucks on your next visit, they were fantastic! Do you go often?
