Race 1 of Round 3 at Taupo Motorsport Park with Production Race Series in the Compact Motorsport Daihatsu Charade GTti
Transponder issues in qualifying meant I was without a qualifying time and forced to start from the back of the grid in 34th position.
I fought my way up to 1st in 0-2000cc class and 9th overall with a pretty hectic first few laps, to say the least!

I drive 1,3 model NA engine.. its fun to watch charade head to head with bigger displacement car. That yellow starlet also damn fast

Daihatsu will forever be one of the ultimate underdogs! The old CB engine has proven its worth for decades now and we're only just starting to tap into the engines made in this century haha.. a little late I admit! But lots more to come on that front. Yes that yellow starlet is very fast... it's running a built 4AGE turbo engine so you'd expect it to be! :D
