My absolute favorite disney movie! Great choice for these guys! Also love the two differing perspectives: Babu - "Father cares for the girl very much" / Sarru (annoyed): "He never leaves the girl alone!" LOL
I loved that too! Now that I'm a bit older I'll rewatch movies and see it through the eyes of the parents and not the kids and it's a totally new perspective
I love to watch movies with them! Moana used to be my granddaughters favorite movie. We must have watched it a million times!
The last good Disney movie
They seem to like Disney movies 😊
The age doesn't matter, everyone should
@@Philthorni am 61 YO, still watching❤
Love to see it
They’re also already translated.
Not very popular in North Korea though. Stores don't even stock them anymore
I appreciate this videos so much. There’s so much to gain from diverse perspectives and as a millennial American miles and miles away, nothings more eye opening than how similar and different our views can be. I hope we can have some ladies react to a princess movie sometime, given their more recent attempts to make them rather ‘empowering’. I’d love to hear their perspectives and what kind of adventures they get up to in their own lives.
Yes, I think this movie in particular would've been great for the ladies; Ruby would have loved it.
what about them seeing brave
I love seeing them react to these. You should also show them some 2d ones. I think they'll like Mulan. It has really nice animation, a great soundtrack and an amazing story.
It's not 2d but they would also like the incredibles.
Mulan is so amazing. It has culture, music, and a great story. They would probably love it.
It's so nice to hear people from a village react to a village in fiction. Where You Are from the perspective that Moto Nui is unusually prosperous and happy makes Moana's fixation on the sea seem suicidal; it really makes me feel for her dad a lot more than I did.
The guy I loved was Maori, and this movie is very dear to me since his passing 4 years ago. It's said his people voyaged the furthest from the Polynesian Islands, the area where this movie is based from. Awesome movie, fantastic soundtrack, amazing voice cast.. truly one of my favorite Disney films.💗
maori people voyaged from cook islands 💜
Is Uncle Babu NOT the cutest human being on the planet? :) Thank you so much for giving us in the Western world Uncle Babu, I adore his words and perspective...such an honest man, he doesn't hide his opinions nor his beliefs...long live Uncle Babu!!!
He’s a beautiful soul, and it warms my heart to see the younger guys both respecting their wise elders, but also treating them as friends. I love to from the older generation but also share new knowledge.
WE TELL THE STORY OF OUR ELDERS
IN A NEVER-ENDING CHAIN
Always gets me. Every darn time.
Sorry but something about just seeing the subtitles say “stupid chicken” as it screams is hilarious
Oh! When the old guy sang at the end, that was wonderful! He just put his thoughts and feelings into a song just like that… how great!
I LOVE these reactions!! They're so interested in the movie and appreciate the story telling and other culture so much. It's lovely to see. I'd love to see more movie reactions with these guys!
PLEASE show them ENCANTO!
Their understanding of it is only something I have learned, not experienced. They felt as if they were watching an epic. The bending of the elements shows her mana. The closeness of their ancestors giving their stories and encouragement. The courage of the hero of an epic against dire odds.
I think they would enjoy Encanto.
You should show them How To Train Your Dragon. 👍
This was really beautiful to watch. I recently read novelizations of the Ramayana and Mahabharata, and the mythology and stories of those ancient texts are similar to the Polynesian culture shown in this movie. These 2 were so captivated and I was just beaming at their enjoyment. Thank you!
What were the novelizations called? I'd love to look into that!
How to train your dragon would be great!
Absolutely yes yes yes 🙌 💯 lol
I love how relatable the story is to them and how they respect Moana’s quest to help her people.
I'd like to throw in a Ghibli Movie. How about Ponyo?
You always have good taste with movies, Moana is wonderful ! I wonder if they saw Jurassic Park (the 1rst one, still the best), they could love it ! Greetings from France
Badshah said he watched it once
Grandpa looks so kind and wise! I discovery your channel today, I hope more reactions are coming! Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷💖
please show them encanto
Could they watch, The Prince of Egypt, by Dreamworks?
*Writing a separate comment: This, as Sarru and Babu were giving their feedback, it occurred to me, at 60, that this lifetime for me has been filled with huge challenges and knockdowns..huge ones. Devastating ones. Like Moana faced. And I feel like right now...now is my time to be facing the Lava monster...since Sept 2021 when the worst thing in the world happened...I lost one of my twin sons, before they were 16. And that is a sliver of the challenges prior to that knockdown. So that's my Lava monster. If I can figure out how to live with that, and still find a way to enjoy fully, anything again, without guilt or grief, then I will have also slayed my lava monster. If my challenges appeared as tattoos, I'd look like Maui.*
Oh my thank you so much for reacting to this I'm from French Polynesia the center of the Pacific Ocean 🌊🌊 and everything in this was inspired by every Pacific islands cultures🌊🌊Te Fiti the mother island is inspired from Huahine an island from my country there's a mountain there who has the shape of pregnant woman lying down✨✨
Binging this channel- I want to see them react to everything from Mulan to Shawshank Redemption. Thank you for these awesome videos! So genuine and pure, I feel like I'm watching for the first time 😭🙏💖
You should show them Mulan
Encanto next
oh jurassic park and it's sequels would be an interesting films to show them.
This was wonderful, on a similar note - I would love if you all would react to Encanto.
Man, this is probably my absolute favorite Disney movie. Great that you showed them. Hm, considering that Tefiti is basically an allegory on how islands are formed by volcanic activity and conquered by life over time, I think a video on that topic would make for a great react over on Common Man Show.
I love how much they enjoyed this. And then joining in on singing was absolutely the best!
Aotearoa New Zealands North Island is called Te ika a Maui (the fish of Maui)
It is said that Maui used his hook made from his grandmother's jaw bone and fished up the North Island.
Well, he's The Rock, Babu... He probably is more than 500 kg. And much like The Rock, The Ocean works in mysterious ways.
I love the Moana movie so much it was a joy to watch their reactions to it. I love Disney movies that show diversity. Like Moana, Luca, CoCo and much more. ❤️
Do any of you know if they played the original English soundtrack for the songs or is there a translation where they sing in hindI?
Songs are also dubbed in Hindi
@@reactnew Cool thank you!
Oh y'all should serve popcorn and soda so then can have refreshments while watching the movie.
The dancing part and movie is about Polynesian Samoan culture so I'm glad they reacted to it as I have Polynesian culture and family to 🫂❤️🇼🇸🇹🇴🇨🇰🇹🇰
They're Disney Fans Forever Now I loved watching the excitement they both have watching Moana and singing AWW Way AWW Way brilliantly funny 😁😄😆😂🤣😅
I would love, love, love if they could see the Disney movie "Brave", but with Ruby there to see it also. ♥
I really like these movie reaction videos, have they watched ‘Lilo and Stitch’ or ‘Jungle Book’? Both are very good movies to watch
Stitch is the best. Family... small and broken but still good (me- cries)
Lilo and Stitch is also a great representation of neurodivergence
need a warning on these reactions like "be ready to cry" lol this was so beautiful in every way. this movie and their reaction
I will turned on my Disney plus every weekend to watch Disney movies. Moana is the best one I like. I never get enough of Moana and Frozen.
I never clicked so fast on a video before
I love how pure their reactions are ❤
This was fun, another Disney film they would probably enjoy would be pirates of the Caribbean
Lol that would be great to see
Show them a behind the scenes video where they show how animated movies are made 🎥🎬 I´m sure they would love to see that😮❤please❤
Show them how to train your dragon, kung fu panda, tangled, Shrek.....
Animated Disney, movie of Robin Hood, the sword, and the stone is a huge favorite too many of all ages, and Peter Pan. Plus Alison wonderland. Those are all my favorite very early Disney movies.
Sword and the stone was good fun
@@adrianhempfing2042 😱 is there a video on that?!
@@adrianhempfing2042 I could list so many LOL the rescuers, great mouse, Detective, I really want to see somebody react to hook
@Heather Spence haha nah. Just saying when I saw it as a kid , I thought it was good fun lol
DANG, AND I KNEW THEY WERE GONNA LOVE THIS MOVIE BASED ON THE HISTORY OF IT/
Oh I’ll never get tired of seeing these lovely watch these movies
Have them watch frozen and the little mermaid
This movie is awesome! My children and I LOVE IT!
Is it me or is the camera quality a bit off?
Let them see Aladdin. The movie not cartoon
Rayeen is missing soo much
I would love them to watch how to train your dragon trilogy
Can you show them Prehistoric Planet?
I would like to know your opinion on this.😊
I wish Ruby had been available to watch this one.
Babu and Sarru might like to know that, in the English language version, Alan Tudyk provided the voice not only for Hei-Hei, the rooster, but also for Villager #3, the only who asked 'Couldn't we just ...cook him"'
While most of the animation is done by computer, Maui's tattoos were animated by hand, the old-fashioned way.
Now that they've seen Moana, perhaps they would be interested a videos about Maori 'haka', a ceremonial dance-form that seems to have inspired some of Maui's moves during 'You're Welcome'.
Maui is also the name of an island in Hawai'i. A video about that would also be nice.
I'm so glad they liked Moana. Disney has been making full-length animated movies since 1937, when 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' was released. That be one to put on their reaction list.
I like seeing thwir reaction to different things, including cultures .
Moana is a grear movie about family, expectations, adventure.
A lot of us all around the world had the same reaction towards Moana, loving the sea, grandma being supportive, the sea helping amd peotecring her one minute but then leaving her so she can leaen and grow from mistakes and experience.
This was such a great reaction! ❤ One of my absolute favorite Disney movies 💚 I wonder if they would like to react to the Harry Potter movies? That would be kinda neat! 💙
Appreciate all the content this and the other channel is always pumping out ❤ always something to watch
Even something now while I’m sick 😭
Hope you're well soon
@@adrianhempfing2042 thank you. Just trying to rest and stay hydrated
I am loving how excited grandpa is. He's just so joyful 🥰
How do you know if he is grandpa
y’all i have a crush on the left guy
Up movie please 🙏🙏🙏 then Rango and Inside out
They should watch Frozen and Frozen 2, in my opinion 2 of the best animation movies of all time. They will appreciate 2 princesses instead of 1 and the ice
How are they so cute with these reactions 🙃
You have to love how beautifully involved those gentlemen are Absolute joy to watch
I believe the grandchildren of Babu would love to see these movies too. Your perspectives are so refreshing. I love seeing this through your eyes.
Next movie Luca... please please please 🙏
33:13 Disney is so good at showing Americans other countries cultures. I would love to see them do a Disney movie about India!
The jungle book is about India
@@estelalopez3563 oops, duh
@@estelalopez3563hum more about the jungle and the animals than the Indian people lol
Firstly, their reactions to any music puts a big smile on my face they always enjoy every single piece of music I love it!
Secondly, not a single person has ever not mentioned how the water just be playing games with Moana and Maui the whole damn movie like you’re so useless man! Lol I’m sure there is some kind of reason disney made up for that but freak, your water, why don’t you freaking HELP 🙄🤦🏽♀️
The song at the end was interesting.
I love watching all of these reactions! I just watched RRR last week, my first ever Indian movie, and was amazed at how beautiful and entertaining it was, and now I'm diving deeper into the genre. I wonder, have the Villagers seen RRR? I think it would make them very happy.
This is an amazing follow up from titanic, love, love, love this channel
they should watch mougli, it is a indian story
Ah Moana...back when Disney/Pixar still made good movies.
2016…
@@anriettecooper6935 Hard to believe that was 8 years ago.
Prince of Egypt is another beautiful animation with wonderful music.
This was utterly delightful. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Disney+ is an app that is available in India.
Yes
You should check out Zootopia and Dinosaur (2000).
I wonder if my great Babu Bhai and Sister Rubi would appreciate this TV show in America called Xena The Warrior Princess.
I love this movie so much. I can’t help but think that patriarchal attitudes can be fixed by storytelling like this.
Moana based the plot on some archeological evidence that, for several hundred years, there was no expansion of humans between islands. They gave a mythological explanation.
Babu is such a treasure, thank you for sharing these viewing experiences with us!
What a great singing voice 8:47
the boy with the red hat looks like prince aladdin from disney I love his clothes they are always very colorful
My favourite movie of all time. Loved your reaction ❤
When are you showing them T2 ? It's so unfair that you showed them T1 but not T2 as follow up.
T2 I think is better than T1. Hopefully we see T2
Terminator 2 judgement day
Can you please show them some Dreamworks movies as well? You can start with Shrek
*I love Moana. Maui is is the second largest of the Hawaiian islands today. I know you like wrestlers...Dwayne The Rock Johnson is the voice of Maui. Yes, that IS him singing. You need to show them Disney Pixar's animated version of Brother Bear...please!! They will LOVE it..I promise. I LOVE how you all get so involved and invested in 'cartoons' and were surprised when the first animated films were seen by you. You realized adults love them, too. They are movies, not really cartoons like they used to be. They are made on two levels...for kids, but also things for adults that kids don't get until they are older. A lot of my growing up involved this type of movie, as they were started when I was young.*
Lol they aren’t watching the movie in English you know …

Go away and stop trying to ruin a good channel with stupid lashing out. What is it of your business what I wrote or if they'd see it? You being a jerk added nothing positive here, so what was your purpose?
