- Hey Guys ,
Chris here, tonight we have a story about a solo hiker from Boston who goes to the Beartooth Mountains of Montana...just north east of Yellowstone National Park. There he goes ono a 3 day solo backpack trip and experiences something in the forest that is stalking him and ultimately does Not want him there. This very frightening encounter forces him to try and get out of the mountains before it is too late!!!

I encountered a group of these creatures in the Ouachita National Forest, similar experience of fear from not knowing what was making all of the loud and strange noises, seemingly circling my campsite. Hoped it was deer, feared it was people, bear, or mountain lion, but was more shocked and terrified by what I saw after pointing my flashlight towards the noises when they got close. Saw their figures and reflective eyes shining back at me, one standing at least eight feet tall. The creepiest part was how they kept looking directly at me as they moved around the campsite. Hid in my tent baffled by what I saw until I made the connection to what it might be, as much as I couldn't believe it. Also this video reminds me of how strange the vocalizations were. One of the strangest and most terrifying nights of my life.

check out a channel called the proper people these kids go explore abandoned buildings and they tell you about the history. Its really well done and they are super respectful!
Hiking was one of my favorite past times, along with a little fishing. What a glorious thing to get into a remote place with a beautiful lake, get up with sun rise and catch a fish for breakfast. Alas I cannot do it anymore, love to watch these videos and remember when I could.
My grandpa had something similar happen to him up on the Grand Tetons. He was born and raised in that area, in the summer of 1941, he enlisted in the army and before he shipped out, he and 3 of his friends wanted to go camping up on the biggest Teton; as sort of a last hoorah before they all split up and went their separate ways. They got a ride out to the base of the mountains below the Tetons in the morning, and hiked all day. The sun was starting to set when they made it up on the middle Teton (the biggest Teton), they set up their camp and built a fire. Gramps said all evening there was just something in the air, like they were being watched. It's typically pretty windy up there, but that night, nothing, dead calm. Which gramps said only added to the creepiness. He didn't want to say anything to his friends, but he sensed they felt it too, but they just didn't want to say anything. They all went to bed around 1am, and he said it was probably around 4am when they were awoken by the sound of rocks and gravel rolling down a mountain side not more than 100 yards from their camp. They all got out of their sleeping bags and walked towards the sounds, they yelled "hello" and "who's there," after about 15 seconds they heard a very weird voice yell back "There... There.... Hello" Gramps said it sounded bizarre, and not human, like if you had taught your dog to say hello. They were thoroughly creeped out, and decided to stay awake the rest of the night, as they were too scared to go back to sleep. So they built up the fire again and all huddled around it. Gramps said all night, they could hear twigs snapping and footsteps just outside the light of the fire. The sun light started creeping into the sky, they gathered their gear and as soon as it was bright enough to be able to run safely, they got up and took off going the way they came, without looking back. Gramps said they all took turns being the last one in line and he said when it was his turn, he was worried that at any moment, something was going to reach out of the trees and snatch him off, he had never been so scared in his life! Fortunately, they made it off the mountain and back to the dirt road that led back into town. My grandpa would never say what he thought it was, just that he never wanted to deal with one again.

Caught me off guard that you are on Ebbetts pass....that is where my story takes place. Don't know where you are exactly but you are close. What happened unfolded in a deep ravine below Hells Kitchen Vista Point. I was camped in Spicer Union Reservoir area in Tuolumne County Ca. The locals know that this area has a reputation for encounters that can't be explained. Almost done writing about what happened. God Bless.
I live in Murphy's below the area you are talking about. We just camped at hermit valley this last weekend. Didn't have anything weird happen but the whole area is ripe with crazy experiences from people. I'm always a little spooked when we go up there but it's so beautiful. Would love to hear your story!

I camp at pacific creek before and heard some howls about 5 am in the morning last year.

I'm from Montana. I was taught to never go into the mountains alone. A lot of people do it, but there's so many lost folks who would have probably been fine had they been with another person.
What part of Montana are you from? I also live in Montana. I'm from carbon county!

Smartest advice in our lifetime....
Living in Alberta and working with natives gave me a chance to hear some stories about Sasquatch. The natives believe the Sasquatch guard the portals into a parallel dimension and that the children are 7 feet tall or so, the adults are much taller. I have heard of 9 and 10 feet tall Bigfoot walking with the smaller ones.
The Colorado story with pebbles being thrown at the house really sounded like something the kids would do.
Natives are very reluctant to talk to non natives about this, so I was lucky.
I also had a friend living in Idaho, in the mountains who saw a Bigfoot/Sasquatch early one morning. Every one of family ( who lived in the area) had already spotted these big guys, so he was eagerly looking forward to seeing one.
Backcountry after dark can be flat-out scary.
There's obviously something wrong with me. Here I am binge watching these sorts of stories 10 days before I go solo hiking for the best part of a month. Going to be playing on my mind when I'm out there alone in the wilderness 😅

At least the U.S has gun laws sympathetic to solo hiking &, could I suggest, you take them all. Guns: Lots & lots of guns. ( & bear spray; so you can get that bad boy really angry while it's near you 🤔)
Living in Australia, we have no scary or dangerous things to contend with ( if you choose live around salt water crocs it is a considered decision & you conduct yourself appropriately, but ) no mtn lions, wolves, bob cats or bears; . . .bears: eeek, nightmare fuel. Sorry, I got a little sidetracked, America is surely magnificent and the wildlife, truly breathtaking but, from the 20,000+ stories like this I have listened to; there is not enough fire-power in the world to get me into your wilderness alone. I marvel at guys like you. Enjoy your awesome trip and be safe out there.

Thanks for mentioning the Sierra Junipers. I worked up at Kirkwood resort every year for a couple of weeks and would see these along the side of hwy 88. These trees are amazing how they grow through the granite boulders. There are quite a few trees that are really wide and old. I had a couple of weird things happen at Kirkwood that I will try and share later.
I find it so intriguing to see a tree growing out of rocks/boulders!
Great video! I lived near Yellowstone in Montana for 25+ years, first in Bozeman were I went to University and then built a house just south of Emigrant. I was on a saddle ridge up above the Highlight reservoir surrounded by trees. I had walked that easy slope two or three times before with my children. This time I had gone alone, clearing my head from a long week of intense work, now descending on my way back to camp. The sun had gone down faster than I had anticipated, but I could see with after light and camp was relatively close by. I was thinking about the sharp descent down the contorted rock face animal trail that was the last 500 yards down to the flat and then the short walk to the campsite where my family was. I was thinking about this when I refocussed on trees in front of me and the direction I was going. This was not a hiking spot so there was no trail just thick trees and lush grass. I was straining to pickup my pace, when suddenly I felt this weird sort of twisting feeling in my stomach, a dizzy head and auras like when I would get a migraine. I started to go into a deep crazy blind panic, I could not orient myself. I could not believe what was happening, I never lost my cool, even in the face of dire circumstances. "What the heck is going on?" I thought, I realized that I was hallucinating and in a serious altered state of consciousness. I had some typical 70's psychedelic use in my misspent youth, I immediately thought I was having a flashback and this settled me down a bit. After some choice words with myself about how the stupidity of my younger self had now converged with the stupidity of my then present self, I looked around like a poisoned rat. Seeing where I was I realized that I had wandered too far down on the north side of the saddle and needed to arc my way back to rising hump that was the rock face down, which I could still dimly make out through the darkening trees. Abruptly bizarre hallucinations started coming and going, sometimes strong and completely absorbing and then easing off for a bit. I finally stopped my stumbling along and threw up with sparks and stars all closing in on me. Once I finished throwing up, I became lucid about the real danger that I was in and how my family would be down by the fire worrying that I was not back and that it was now dark. We were alone up there with no cell reception, at the end of an old logging road with many washouts that very few would willingly navigate. I had to pull it together and get back to them immediately, but I was so hampered by my distorted perceptions and mounting despair, that I astonished myself with an unexpected prayer. I begged whatever God maybe to not have this terror fall upon them and I would never again in my arrogance put them in the circumstance that a worst case scenario could happen to them. I picked myself up and walked straight in the direction that I thought the rock face was and in what seemed forever I came to the clearing and the cliff. I stood on the rock face that over looked our camp and could see that the children had stoked up the fire. I almost shouted but didn't and as I was making my way around the hardest part of the decent I realized that I was completely normal again. It was like something had just jumped off me and I was me again, the shift was subtle yet sharp. I called out as I heard my oldest daughter talking and keeping the rest assured, she came running and crying, saying how afraid they had been. I said that I was sorry and that it would not happen again. We did not stay that night but drove carefully down in the dark and made the long drive home that night. Everyone fell asleep as I drove and I ran the whole thing through my mind over and over. "What was that?", I thought. This is the first time that I have ever said anything about it.

Very disturbing story. I’m happy for you that it all ended well. I heard a bit similar story or a theory which was trying to explain some tragic events in Russian wilderness: some special plant while blooming might have this hallucination effect on people.
Off topic but I moved to Pine Creek recently (like weeks ago recently) this is a nice area, got a lot of great sights and I'm excited to hit up some of these trails.
@@deaj8450 Wow! Welcome to Paradise Valley. The Pine Creek Trail is one serious hike, beautiful falls and the lake up top has ice sometimes into the summer. The Pine Creek Inn used to have great food and live music, before covid, hopefully once again soon. You chose a great place to live. Congrats!
@@brianemmanuelgrey9276 Oh they've still got great food and have been doing the music again. I rented a cabin over the winter to get into the area so I'm right there. They're seasonally closed now til December 1st I think but yeah it's an awesome place so far, supposed to be open mic nights every Friday along with scheduled shows. I'm planning on making the hike up to Pine Creek lake when I find a hiking buddy and hit a few smaller hikes to get used to the area. Thanks for the welcome, everyone here's been very nice and accommodating.
I would never go on a hike or camping by myself as I think half the fun is sharing the beauty of the area . Safety is also a big factor .
Never go unarmed in the woods always have a firearm on yourself for protection period.

These creatures are very real and potentially deadly. I've lived alone in the woods of Northern Ontario for close to a decade now. Im completely off grid with no powerlines in on close to 30 acers of land. The closest neighbor being near to a mile away. A few years ago I had an encounter with one such creature. It was close to dusk and I was making my way back up my 1200 foot long driveway back to the cabin. I was about 400 feet from the cabin when I looked up and was stunned to see an ape/monkey like creature standing in the middle of the laneway about 70 feet from me. I was frozen with terror not sure of what I was seeing. I thought at first this must be a marten or an anteater of some sort. But when I looked at its arms they were long and slender like that of a chimpanzees. It was quite hairy/fuzzy. It looked like a large monkey standing upright 3.5-4.5 feet on its back feet like a human. I also saw it had a long tail that was covered in hair and was curled at the end and the curled end lay on the ground next to it at least a foot or more.. It stood perfectly still staring right back at me seemingly frozen as well. It felt like along time we both stood staring at each other and a feeling of dread was washing over me making my hair stand on end. It had a rounded monkey like head and was covered in fuzzy hair all over. I thought that at any moment it would charge me and I would have to fight it and just then it jumped sideways off the laneway. A massive leap in a single motion. I realized it was just as frightened by my appearance as I was of it. I ran forwards wanting to get a better look at it and it had jumped a great distance in a single leap. By the time I got to where it had been it had jumped twice and was already on a tree that was 30-40 feet from the lane. It moved like a monkey and was swinging itself behind the tree and back out to look at me as I was looking at it. It bobbed back and forth like moving fluidly not certain if it was going to run or fight I felt. It jumped from tree to tree moving slightly away from me but all the while bobbing back out to look at me and I felt like it was as curious about what I was as I was of it. I felt it was playing a bit of a game with me and could sense my fright at the sight of this strange creature. In maybe 20 seconds it was out of view and Ive never seen another one since

Only reading this I got anxiety, I can't imagine really meeting such a creature directly. But you do live the dream, so many people would love to have your lifestyle.
Never had an encounter with one but what's creeping me out is that I listened to a fictional audio story about something like one and I was creeped out. So I continue on with my life and I hear a more nonfictional story of something similar and I was kinda shocked because I recalled the fictional story thinking they weren't real. Then I hear about another story again and this sparks up a conversation with some friends about these things and if they exist or not, it was a pretty cool conversation. But then I listen to this encounter and I'm surprised that once again I hear about these things. It's giving me a bit of paranoia to be honest. I've already had paranormal encounters before believe it or not. But I'm making encountering one of these ape-like mimickers on the very bottom of my Todo list.

The bravery it takes to solo hike up some mountains is something that's beyond me. I really admire the folks who do this, I'm always uneasy out in nature, even though I love solitude.

Oh uncle Oook, all the stores say humans don't make noise, you can't hear them unless they want you too, stomping thru the brush.
How can they be dangerous uncle Oook, they are said to be very tiny and they don't have claws or fangs.
But they have powerful magic, if one sees you its screams in a blood curdling howl, AAAHHHHHHRUNAWAYRUNAWAY or GIMMAAGUNN. That is the worst because it will point its hand at you and scream BOOM BOOM BOOM and you DIE with a tiny hole in you, too tiny to hurt anyone. Die in terrible agony, sometimes you die quickly and sometimes they torture you and you suffer for days, then you Die.
I once saw one riding its magical beast, it saw a buffalo and charged right into its side and with a terrible scream it ran into the buffalo and killed the buffalo. The human climbed out of its beast's ear and made its victory call, OOOFFFAAAQQQQMYCAHISROONED. WHATDOOIDOO.
Then it holds its hand against its own ear and says UUUHHHFAQINGHOURDDDAAAMMMM. The it climbs back into the beasts ear. About an hour later a bigger beast with a great flat back arrives, and another human climbs out of its ear, its name is Earl.
Uncle Ooook humans don't have names.
Yes they do Unga, its name was on its shirt. It talked funny and smelled terrible, made my eyes water from a mile away. Earl was in season because its neck was a terrible red color. The Earl screamed DDAAMMMTHINGSALWAYSFAQINCARSUP,BUTTHEYYYGOOODEATIN.
I was amazed with the two humans loaded buffalo onto the great riding beasts back, climbed into both its ears and it roared and screached and zoomed off at amazing and terrible speed.

Bravery for some, who plan and equip themselves properly...with enough experience, and knowledge to back it up.
Stupidity for others, who think they planned it well, and/or poorly equip themselves...and think they have enough experience and/or knowledge to handle it. only to end up as a darwin award winner.
@@Gizziiusa I wasn't talking about preparation or experience. I was talking about the sole fact of thinking about going on your own, which takes bravery. As natural and exciting as it may seem for a lot of people, for others it is not. I am one of the latter.
@@aicerg Noted. For me, who does solo day hikes with my 2 med sized canine companions practically on a daily basis, dont think of myself as "brave".
However, If I were to do a solo hike truly alone way off the beaten path, and into, what I would call "The Real Wilderness", then I would aptly apply my initial comment to myself accordingly.
Lastly, I do trend to "err on the side of caution", and I do think it comes with age for some/many. Good Day.

My wife and I live in Montana. We moved here from the terrible place called Washington DC, our grown children moved out and are on their own. We have camped and hiked all over the West including Alaska and the Yukon. In Montana and Wyoming, when one goes camping and hiking, you go well armed with pistols and bear spray. There are some bigfoot in the remote parts of Montana. Yes, they are there and we have heard them once on a long hiking trip. You cannot argue with Bigfoot, just leave the area as quickly as you can. This is not a joke.

That was a petrifying story, Chris! I can't imagine how terrified Travis must have been! It was so fortunate that he found the hiker from Quebec; that might just have saved his life!! It's a shame that he never felt confident enough to backpack solo again, but I certainly can't say that I blame him! I loved this story, as always! Thank you, Chris, and stay safe out there!! 🙂🎒🥾🚶⛰️

These are the things to consider hiking alone. I can't imagine what it was - I've heard of wendigos and skinwalkers that mock human sounds and act more or less like this but never believed in it. I carry a .44 mag Redhawk in these types of endeavors and I might have fired a shot in the dirt when I saw the creature skipping around the rocks. Outside of grizzly country there isn't much a .44 won't handle and I trust in it to get me out of a jam. That said, I had a much smaller experience hiking the wilderness of Maine. I was miles in along unnamed logging roads to get to a trailhead for a remote mountain hike. On the way down I stopped (much like your tree to stop at but mine was a rock). It was extremely quiet and nice. I heard a woman's voice faintly down the trail like maybe a couple of hikers coming up. I waited and nothing. Eventually I packed up and continued down expecting to see them. No one came. I thought maybe they turned around? All the way back I was listening and looking or waiting for a vehicle to start at the trailhead and nothing. There wasn't even another vehicle that came into the trailhead besides me. This didn't scare me, but just one of those small mystery experiences. Lots of things can happen out there alone and I'm as safe as I can be. My dad HATES that I do it and I understand but having no one to go with doesn't stop me, either. There are definitely times when it's like a doubleshot of espresso like bear sign (claw marks higher on trees, fresh bear scat) and then it's super alert time. I've been fortunate - but be safe out there.

Oh my gosh I listen to so many missing stories of hikers in forests. I live in Wyoming and we camp in the mountains all the time. There have never been missing stories in our Big Horns. Stay safe out there. We had an Uncle just disappear without a trace. It is all just bizarre. Love your stories.

Obviously, the behavior is consistent with a Sasquatch -- inquisitive, concealing itself, moving swiftly but quietly even in the woods, and occasionally making various vocalizations.
Hey bro!!! I just wanted to say thanks for the great videos of nature. Tales of the unknown of the forest!!! I have see things and heard things in the forest too... Never come across tracks but that don't make me think that these creatures don't exist. I know they do!!! there is too much evidence to prove that they do exist, I just haven't see it yet. I also have a lot of respect for your outdoors prowess!!! i am a disabled person now. I use to love the outdoors hiking camping.. I hope to do it again before I'm not here anymore!!! I have spent my life backpacking and often alone in Colorado and New Mexico and not once did I ever have an abnormal experience.

Another good Channel but it's not like this they just have people from places like North America and the UK telling their stories where you just hear their voice you don't see it and it's called the Dog men Encounters Radio channel .
I believe these creatures are real .
The more recent stories on that channel just are not that good but you will be surprised at how frightening some of them are .
I must confess, I wear headphones while watching these videos in bed because my husband is sleeping, and one time (I don't remember which video it was), there was some kind of a loud noise/thump and I jumped and woke up my husband, let's just say that he wasn't happy!
But, that noise scared me, it was really loud! 😆😅😄😃😂😁😊

@@gardensofthegods yessir i do i love vic kundiff not sure if i spelled his last name right but that’s a good guy, he also has another podcast that he does called “Bigfoot eyewitness radio” check into that one if you haven’t already and it’s basically set up the same way he has folks come on and tell their stories and man do they have some good ones!! i listen everyday at work i’m talkin all 8 hours! even lunch time most the time lol that’s just how good most of them are!
A story and a hike ! What a treat. I believe he was only being escorted out of the area. There are those who use mindspeak. Such as I'm leaving please don't scare me. Seems to work.
I believe you are right! A mountain lion is stealth up until attack....Sasquatch let's their presence known to some to intimidate as they are territorial and not predators. ( of course my data is limited ) They need their space...and respect.

I've spent alot of time in the backcountry and the only time I felt like I was being watched was in Montana (Glacier National Park). Lasted for two days while camping deep in the park.

the upright rock formation reminded me instantly of devils tower here in Wyoming, the rocks fallen at the base is similar. it is 70 miles from where i live.

Very interesting story thank you. I used to do a lot of backpacking myself. I am older so I just do little day trips. I've always hiked by myself, but I got cured hearing a lot of these stories.
I had a really strange vivid dream about "something" not wanting me there while camping in the Gallatin Forest. I woke up from it to my dog growling and sniffing at the windows of my camper. I felt so uneasy. That has stuck with me! Still gives me the heebeegeebees I probably won't camp in that specific area again although it was very beautiful.😂

@@basecampchris This might sound weird but I'm wondering if you ever heard any stories from the Dallas area because I moved here from the suburbs of Philly and was surprised that there's actually a lot of woods in this area .
And many parts you don't look like what people think of when they think of Texas since we are so far north .
About 4 years ago somebody reported seeing a dog man near where I used to go in the woods off of I-35 about a mile north of the Dallas County Line where we have the Elm Fork Branch of the Trinity River .
After that report I stopped going in the woods alone here for about 2 years .
Keep up the good work . I really love the way you show these beautiful places and you have such a friendly relaxed style .
@@gardensofthegods My husband's family lived along The Trinity River in Northern California when he was a little boy and one day his mom couldn't find him and there he was playing on the Trinity bridge girders, she yelled to him to get home, so he swung his way (hand over fist), the entire length across that raging Trinity River, instead of walking on the road, he said that he really got the belt when he got home, but, that he deserved what he got because he could have slipped anytime into that river and nobody would have ever found him.

There's another good Channel if you like the stories about dog men but they don't show the people talking and it's just regular photos and vids that they show for every story no matter what it is but you might want to check out the dog men encounters radio channel... but the more recent stories just don't seem as good except for the one from Cheshire England but there are very interesting and scary stories there and I do believe these creatures really exist
Wow amazing scenery! The most beautiful so far, and please continue to be safe! I can't even imagine the stress that hiker went through trying to exit while hearing and finally seeing the 'creature' pushing him out. Gives me goosebumps thinking about it. Love your stories and thanks for sharing the additional hike you took. The chair in the old tree was cool. Can't wait to hear your next one, but be safe and please carry a personal locator beacon!
The reason I believe he's safe and knows what he's doing is because he used to be a park ranger for some of the major national parks and I think he even said Yellowstone

Yeah I love beautiful trees like that ... and supposedly when you find parts of the root sticking up above the ground they are supposed to have very good medicinal qualities .

That poor guy in the story, getting chased by a Sasquatch like that and having his tent destroyed and his food stolen! And the squatch was just laughing at him! Some of these Bigfoot things are just so evil! The hiker's feeling that he was in danger is commonly reported from Bigfoot encounters. These things do eat people, hence the many disappearances in national parks!

A few years ago I was camping in an area close to Bigfoot territory in Ohio near Salt Fork State Park. It was late at night and I had a fire going and was sitting by it reading a book and drinking a beer. Around 11:00 p.m. I heard a strange rustling in the trees behind my tent. Then I heard low guttural growls. I stood up, turned around and as I did a huge hairy creature emerged from the woods not more that 25 feet from me. It stood 8 feet tall and had to weigh in excess of 450 pounds. I stood motionless not knowing what to do when the creature dictated the narrative. It slowly lifted its right hand and pointed to the beer I was holding in my hand. I immediately realized the beast wanted a beer. And why not? It was at least 85 degrees and so humid you could cut the air with a knife. I popped a brewsky and gave it to him and motioned for him to come sit by my fire. He capitulated and as we sat by the fire I lit a cigarette. He became agitated and started motioning to my mouth and then to his mouth. Damn, the dude wanted a smoke. So I lit one for Bfoot and we continued socializing, drinking our beer and having a few smokes. Eventually Bfoot's eyelids began to droop. The beer was making him sleepy. He arose, waved goodbye and walked away, whistling as he disappeared into the woods. I didn't encounter the creature again, but after that I never went into the woods without my Bud Light and a carton of Marlboros.

I bet he had a run in with a sasquatch. Everyone can laugh all they want but go live in the woods, country and rural area and they start messing with your home. Things are as real as me and you.
Love your story telling, especially the lantern as the sun goes down, it adds a really nice ambience. I prefer firelight and lanterns when camping, just relaxes me. I do have a super bright 2000 lumen torch to check the bush for potential Yowies. That torch lights up the whole area it's more of a flood light, not a focused beam. Anyway, love the stories, love seeing you try new beers, love the ambience of the videos, keep it up mate! Much love and respect from Aus!!

I rode thru the Sierras, up by Donner Lake, many years ago; and even though it was mid-summer, that was the saddest place I'd ever seen. I didn't even know the history of the area at that time!
Anyway, it's nice to see different parts of that gorgeous range.

I've been through there and there's definitely a forelorn sad feeling all through the Sierras, some places worse than others. Many First Nations peoples were hunted down by bounty hunters as the State of California's official policy towards them was extermination, for which this state has never aplogized or offered restitution (!!!). Before that there are accounts of wars between the First Nations peoples in the Yosemite valley and a tribe of "wetiko" (cannibalistic) giants. Very large skeletons were unearthed there in the 1800 and 1900's...

I can’t imagine anything worse than denying yourself exploring the outdoors! Fear is no mode to live by or in as eventually it will rule your life completely. Get some friends or family and get into the woods and deserts, rivers lakes etc. It’s the only way to live fully for many and an escape for more.
Great story again! Every time i watch your video i see that you care for the nature around you. You are very nature loving person! My grandfather was someone who loves and cares the nature with its all animals. He loved staying in nature and respected it. It s good to find similar minded people around the 🌎 world 😇😇 He was always shining when he s in the nature like you!!!

I’m only half way through this story but let me tell ya, I’ve heard hundreds of Bigfoot encounters and this particular one is possibly the scariest I’ve ever heard!

Great story I had a similar experience when I lived in the Boston mountains here in Arkansas I was 16 and I was deep in the mountains following an old wagon road and the road wound between standard trees very thick and off to my left behind me was a growl I took three steps forward and continued on for another 60 ft and the growl was behind me again so I turned around to look and there was nothing there but whatever it was which I'm thinking it was a bobcat probably by now followed me all the way down the mountains back to the mulberry River.
I live in Montana and I live very close to the Beartooth mountains for about 10 years now. And yes we have the harry man here and also little people! Little people live around the harry ones. My wife and I was berry picking and harvesting herbs and we well how should I say this we ran into the little ones first, then shortly after that we ran into the harry ones. There up there every time we go up there we have a spot that we bring them things not at the same place , my wife says we bring them things as a thank you for letting us be here in your home we respect them and the land, and on the way back what ever we get we give them some of what we take berrys what not. We never had trouble with them, except the first encounter with both of them we didn't know what we where dealing with at the time. But yeah he is right they are where he was at.
That is awesome Morris...you have found a balance with them...I don't believe they mean to harm ( like a mountain lion can do ) but are territorial and want their space. They have allowed you to be...( those are my thoughts on it ) If you would like to share more send to basecampchris2@gmail.com

I know that area well. Lots of grizzly bears and black bears, even on Hwy 212. A few years ago a man was from MN was hiking with a group of men. They stopped for a rest and one of the men decided to hike ahead a bit. He screamed as a grizzly bear had attacked him. The other men ran to him and fortunately got him back to 212 and to a hospital. Another grizzly attacked a tent in a major campground just outside of Cooke City on 212 a few years ago. I believe someone was killed there. Only hard-sided campers are allowed there now. Also, a grizzly bear attacked the lodge I stay at in Silver Gate on 212 about 10 years ago and broke into the kitchen. The owner had to shoot it. That area is NOT at all a good area to hike alone!

One channel I’ve followed for years now, Cryptid Reality, had hair samples found in middle of no man’s land…
They videoed the testing and analysis of these hairs and under certain light variances ie shade these hairs went from brownish black to a greenish gray!! It was INCREDIBLE TO SEE! It makes so much sense now how they can hide in plain sight. They are curious about, and will spy on humans, likely every time - but, they don’t want us being as curious. Tho, certain humans, it seems, are allowed in certain places. I believe Sasquatch are the most empathic creatures on the planet, and know a man’s heart better than he does, at first glance. I am not just a believer…I am a knower! 🤗

I grew up in the country and in the 22 years I lived out there only had two experiences which I couldn't explain. Many people who report odd occurrences simply don't understand the situation or what they are seeing and hearing. This may be caused by a variety of factors such as inexperience. If you live in the city and only hit the woods once in a while you may misunderstand the sound of a possum walking through leaves as bigfoot putting the stalk on you. It happens. However, the two incidents I experienced were enough to convince me that there are indeed strange things in those woods and to keep an open mind. Whoa, I wasn't told there wasn't going to be any beer. Dang.

Love these true stories! My Grandmother told us of many strange encounters as her and my grandfather lived in a more simpler time, no electricity, no running water and hunted for a lot of their food, grew the rest in the garden and collected what people would consider weeds, to eat. After reading some of "The Book of Enoch", I feel as if "Bigfoot" could easily be "The Watchers", since so many have saw them, yet no one has been attacked, no one has ever killed one and no remains of these "Human like animals" have ever been found. Instead of looking in the woods, look up...🤔Just saying
They have been killed before. A guy killed one, and with the help of the sheriff they got it back to town. Long story short, guys in suits turned up, the body vanished and they didn't exactly hold a Q&A afterwards.....
I also look up, I've seen a square shaped UFO up close following us in my parents car when I was about 6. I remember it so clearly but my parents wouldn't look. It also disappeared when I took my eyes off it for 2 seconds. Just gone....
