Hi Shahil. As per Ishara: 1kg lemons 100g pickle masala 50g chilli flakes 250g rough salt for steaming the lemons. After the lemons are steamed, add the masala, chilli flakes and a few tablespoon of sugar to remove the bitterness. Taste for salt and spiciness. If necessary, then add more fine salt and pickle masala as required.
