I heard this song when it first dropped without the video. Loved it then…but now with the video…WOW! Love it even more and Ann ….still kicking ass at 73! The power of these 2 is off the chart! Disturbed’s lead guitarist Dan Donegan went through a divorce a few years back. He worked on this song and brought it to lead singer David Draiman to help finish it. They realized they needed a female counterpart voice. Ann had indicated that that she’d be more than willing to collaborate with Disturbed. The album with this song was released in fall ‘22. Sadly, Draiman got a divorce too, last year. You can see and hear his pain.
I’ve been a fan of Heart since the beginning. I got to see them on their “Dog and the Butterfly” tour. It was amazing. I do not like metal..but after hearing Sound of Silence I’ve become a huge fan. Well I’m a huge fan of Davids, if he’s singing, I’m listening. This song just..well..💔😭
My question about a lot of recent videos done by bsnds... Why don't we see the faces of the other membrts? Dan Donegan's solo is really impressive, so doesn't he rate a few seconds on camera?
