The ink can be found on Amazon. It’s an embossing ink pad. The stamps can be custom made anywhere like Staples, Vistaprint, Etsy. I got it from Get Stamps.

Can I use glitter powder in place of embossing powder?

Hello! Embossing powder when it’s heated melts and gives the embossed raised look. If the glitter is embossing powder it would work. Embossing powders are available on Amazon and come in various solid colors and glitters too. But plain glitter won’t work.
