Just because It kill less doesnt mean Its less bad, the problem with corona vírus is that its too much contagious and no society hás enough hospitals for the amount of people It can infect, usually western countries cant build an entire hospital in 10 days like china, and in the US you would probably have to pay thousands of dollars for the treatment

It isnt what the siege will look like at full release it's just a modder using the captain battle mechanics for the mod so the AI dont work like it's a siege they act like it's a field battle at full release it will be tons better.

We didn't have those but people were keen on dropping boiling tar onto others. Singed those in armor pretty damn good and those that didn't get hit got burns in their feet.

ThatUndeadLegacy I haven’t played the beta unfortunately. I assume attackers would also get the ability to resupply with arrows. In history, attackers would be the ones with better provisions.

The modder for the current GoT mod for Warband already said he's been looking to get ready for modding a version to Bannerlord.

Dude you need to specify that THIS IS A MOD AND IT'S NOT WHAT THE ACTUAL SIEGES WILL BE LIKE. You're going to put off a lot of people from buying the game because of how bad the AI and Pathing looks. You're not helping the devs with making titles like this.

@@Skylingale Even the AI shown is worth the buy in my opinion. As a veteran of the game I just want new shit and if it was a warband reskin new map id still slap a cock of 60 dollars worth on the table. Also he updated the description, the hype train doesn't need to exist for taleworlds, they build timeless classics
So Basicaly , get a castlefull of peasants and just give them some big stones. = ez def
The thing is you can't replenish those stones, when they're gone they're gone for good and they kill one unit per throw!
@@Artem1s Oh god, i hope there is an option to set how many stones we can have in a city (and at which places) Maybe building a stone mine so we can have more stones. (food for thoughts)

You might not be able to do this in the full game, bare in mind he's using a mod to do this and not sure of you're familiar with captain mode in the game for multiplayer, but when you die in that you can take control of an ai

@@Grziblet np, yeah, I hope the ai is better than warband, from what I've played of the beta I'd say it is, but they still have some issues but they're smarter than warband I think

2:32 Bannerlord's combat AI looks so much improved compared to warband's, I mean look at how the AI feints its attacks!
Maybe a little too much, there were instances where an enemy would feint his attack 3 times before properly attacking lol
AI feinted in warband too. Not as cleanly though.

Should be an order to send the archers to defend the walls, didn't really see them do much of anything.
But they did something, they fell down the stairs and the wholes on the ground while trying to follow the commander lol

@@castellomichel5851 this is CAPTAIN MODE on a MULTIPLAYER siege map... this isnt SP ai.
In Shogun 2, you could command archers or gunmen to take any formation, but they'd "snap" to walls in a 1-mab-deep row to make optimum use of the wall/cover. Bannerlord needs that.

Warband' s main theme was very good and bit had different variations for victoryes and stuff. But this is so different that I think this is not the same composer.. It would be cool if there was just some leidmotifs of warband, just a few, to remind us we are still in the same universe but it doesn't seam like it...

You're channel is by far the best for this type of content. You go out of your way to show the bugs they've fixed and even some of the bugs we might encounter (pleasantly minimal from what I've seen here). It was also very nice of you to sacrifice your dignity and die for the camera so we could see the new features. I would try to hold the gates with archers too. Inside the fort, my infantry held on the stairs, with a shield wall. When I had the gates busted open, I would bring the archers to rain death upon the invaders on the low grounds.
One moment Dave is cowering under a shield next to you - suddenly he is converted into scrambled eggs by a cannonball sized rock thrown from the wall 😂

In true Mount and Blade fashion, I would have gotten headshotted off the walls for 60 damage by some militia bowmen in the first 2 minutes of the siege, lol.
In all seriousness, being able to control other units is a huge, positive change.
Dropping the heavy rocks on their heads had me cracking up.
Hopefully they will fix the AI, here it really has trouble with navigating the enviroment... archers just falling down from ledges, not spreading properly, also the attacking soldiers didn't shield themselves from missiles...

The map in this vid doesn’t have “ai paths” idk if u realized but the ai in captain mode is much smarter than this mods ai. Once the ea comes out I’m sure they’re not gonna be as dumb

Now maybe it aint fully complete, but sieges from gamescom werent much better

Normally when you have a strong party of over 100,defensive siege battles are unlikely to happen unless you break in one of your settlements during a siege,and that would cost quite a price.

I just played a siege where 200 soldiers clipped out through the wall behind the attackers and killed them before they breached the gate.

all I want is new mechanics with an increase in units on the field without a massive drop in frames I mean 1500 in total. i really want them to add all the features from the mods we have been playing over the years so the modders can focus on other things that will improve the game
