Hello everyone who faces this problem. I try all that shown in this video and even reset the system. What helped me. This error occurred when I started heavy applications and games that loaded the processor by 98% and a temperature of 93 degrees. The cause of the error was the fact that the processor frequency was too high at 5000mhz. (Processor i 9900k) So, I lowered the frequency to 4800mhz, or 2 option to change the permissible ambient temperature above 93 degrees.
Mine is happening because of GTA V. It ran just fine for some time, then I started getting this error. I uninstalled the game, but now I can't even reinstall it without this annoying blue screen popping up.
I have the same problem. My PC is just freezing after 2 minutes. I can't do anything and the pc will give the blue screen DPC VIOLATION WATCHDOG. Please help me out of this issue

I noticed that it freezes only when connected to my office's network, either via wifi or LAN. The problem doesn't occur when connected to my phone's hotspot or my home wifi. How can I resolve this?
I cant even log into my pc I get it everytime I sign in, it says welcome than freezes. I just built a new pc kept the hard drive from my old, and bought a wifi adapter any suggestions?

I know this is kind a late but I dont think any of this fixes ever work especially for nvidia in connection to games. I like to troubleshoot things though Im not an I.T. nor a computer wiz, Im a gamer. I believe nvidia really is a powerful graphics card but its like a child if it cant handle things it goes into tantrums and there goes BSOD. believe me I tried everything in the internet to fix mine but it didnt so as a gamer spending time in game is how i fixed mine I have a total of 6 games that i had 100% fix and most of the others I just find a way to make the game keep going for some I did stop even trying. for example my skyrim it cause BSOD modded and unmodded after spending time on it I found the problem or whats causing it to BSOD its inside the dungeons, if there are water that is higher than my characters ankles stepping on it or being near it will cause BSOD Ive proven it I had my friend made a mod that removes any water inside the dungeon and it stops, but it wouldnt be a game anymore I ended up with just an enb that I think edits something in the water and it fixed it. other example was all the tomb raider game 1,2&3 I made it continue by always looking in the task manager if the cpu usage drops down to less than 85 any acts would cause BSOD so I just wait for it to go up before I move. for some like MGS5TPP I had to disable nvidia to keep the game going for those I cant find a way I just stop playing those Specially MHW Im just stuck with teostra, the ember in his mouth while stuttering caused it still waiting for mods that removes it , and now im working to fix GE3 mostly the opening bandai logo and CC causes BSOD and thats not the same with the loading screen crash tweaking nvidia control panel fixed that already, I did have 9 terabytes worth of games most of them cause BSOD. what Im saying is to fix this it has to be within nvidia itself so dont blame the games or your pc for it I heared some who do.
I was getting this BSOD error and all different BSOD error well it was the corsair icue software junk that was doing this. I uninstall the software and no more BSOD errors. Sometimes it not your windows that is screw up it could be the software causing BSOD errors. Just something to think about.

ok so i also faced this problem before this problems my pc gets stuck completely and thw mouse and keyboard is bot working. so next time o reeboted it and in windows defender or if you have any other antivirus. there i did a quick scan and my windows defender found a virus in system 32 folder. and it got deleted and then i still now havent faced any problem. if this helps you please say it in the comment.

Now while i've noticed this happening more often while watching youtube or playing games, it's happened when i was drawing or just normally browsing too. I like to cover as much information as I can in case one way don't work. If none of these work I would think its a hardware issue.

I can’t even connect to the Internet because it boots up fine but once I connect Ethernet cord into PC, it BSOD and give DPC_Watchdog_violation

lol driver issues can be a nightmare to diagnose, but with these steps you should be able to troubleshoot any BSOD

Fix : 1. Disconnect WiFi adapter if you have. 2. Stop Overclocking your pc. Both worked for me.
