I'm doing a personal challenge to do this sequence 6x a week for the next 3 months. Started 1/18/21. Note that I've been doing this sequence off and on since it was published 5 and 1/2 years ago and find it to be my favorite in restoring my core.
I used to practice Forrest yoga consistently but haven't for a few years because there are no Forrest instructors where I live now. I really appreciate the quality of your video, and your adherence to Forrest yoga techniques. I wish there were more of this quality out there for Forrest yoga. Please make some more!

@@denisehopkins5563 I'm a bit out of practice and 8 months pregnant now, so probably not the best time to get back into Forrest yoga, as an workouts and backbends are not recommended. But I look forward to checking out your new videos when I recover from labor and delivery!

Beautiful video Denise ! Can I just add something to your Elbow-To-Knee demo? The instruction to "keep knees over hips" is fundamental to moving the emphasis of the pose down into the Transversus Abdominus, the deep belly muscular "girdle" that helps to stabilize the lower back. Also, clasping the hands loosely behind the head helps to ease the neck's tendency to take over the efforting!
