Hi i have a doubt. Where did you allot the OBS reviewer acces role to the newly created operator ? Because in the video i saw only the new operator configuration the OBS reviewer acces group was added. But OBS reviewer acces group has two access roles. How did the newly created operator was allocated by default the OBS reviewer access role ?

Can we restrict particular user accessing the app? Or restrict to create a case? Here you've said in the access group level..
If they dont have access group related to an app, they cant access that app. for case, use privilege/ARO

Every operator has a Acess group. But each group has many Access roles. How is a operator assigned an Access role ?
