It looks like: 1/2 pound celery several scallions or spring onions 2 ebs of garlic molasses ground (nutmeg) mace ground coriander seeds pimento seeds 1 tbsp ground cinnamon ground nutmeg 1/2 cup (dark) brown sugar few leaves from fresh green rosemary, can use thyme instead if prefer 4 oz. chopped ginger 1/2 red bell pepper (with seeds) 1/2 green bell pepper (with seeds) dark soy sauce balsamic vinegar or can use malt vinegar 1 cup red label wine 2 scotch bonnet pepper (yellow) 1 scotch bonnet pepper (yellow) 3 scotch bonnet pepper (green) 3 scotch bonnet pepper (purple) 1 scotch bonnet pepper (red) 1 scotch bonnet pepper (orange)
