  • 999 call handler Tony Warsop was an executive headteacher of several primary schools until last year when he decided to finally follow his dream of working in the ambulance service.
We joined him for the day to see why the ambulance service is a great place to have a second career.

Honestly, so unbelievable to hear of such a positive and amazing story. Tony (Aka Mr Warsop) was my primary school teacher back in 2009/10. Always had such amazing and fond memories of our lessons. Life is very short and time has flown by but i'm so pleased that you've followed your dream. Keep up the amazing work Mr Warsop!
