    I believe 360g of water is way too much for this recipe. I followed your recipe and make this 2x but both times turned out to be too wet. I'd reduce the water to 300g and try again.

      Thank you for your sharing. The water absorption of different brand of water Chestnut Flour maybe different. My recipe is for reference and some adjustment maybe made.I hope you will make the perfect sesame cake😊
