Theses repair kits work very well. I have used them on lawn tractors and small front-end loaders.
Of course, never use repair kits on tyre sidewalls.

The side wall thing is a good point I probably should have mentioned in the video. 👍

Just got mine on special from SCA. Last time I had a tyre repaired for a slow leak it cost me $35! With this kit I will fix for $22.50 and have a lifetime supply for future punctures. Thanks for the video tutorial now all I need to do is find that blasted slow leak.

Yes tyre repairs are getting very expensive, soapy water in a spray bottle helps find leaks. Often slow leaks are just the valve insert being loose and air leaking past the valve. First thing to check is tighten the valve insert using the valve tool, or even replace the valve insert.

It’s pretty simple once you do it. That tyre has now done over 10,000km without any issue and is still going strong. 👍😎

No glue on it? The kit comes with it but do you recommend not using it?

Glue is for patching tubes, not for installing plugs, nothing to glue when you installing plugs.

Do you need to use the rubber cement at all?
