Hmm the recipe doesn't really match the crumb from my experience The dough was a bit to dry but because of the long separate proofing time in the fridge it might work out I give it a shot otherwise just be careful - social media is a dark place where you only show perfect results

If you don't want to learn, don't learn but don't talk nonsense. it may seem very good to you compared to your environment but you have to correct enough mistakes

Normally it is put in the oven with only the tomato, and when it is half cooked the ingredients are added.
A Neapolitan style pizza is cooked this way :)
