I did it by not eating at fast food restaurants i started walking and i now walk 2 miles a day i drink water eat heathy food and i stay away from sugar . Im so disappointed in this video smh

Aren't you guys concerned with how much sodium you consume? There is no way that both of you don't have high blood pressure with all that salt in your systems. Maybe look up the menus of each place and have a look at how much sodium is in each item and then decide how much of it to eat. I'd watch just the same if you added lots of vegetables and other items to complete your meals.
