This looks so delicious. I love how it came out😋🥰. The only I would advise is to avoid aluminium as much as possible. Unfortunately it's bad for health . That's why many people are switching to natural deodorant because the normal ones also contains aluminium. I do understand the inconvenience..we have a similar dish that's usually cooked the same way but it's usually wrapped in leaves but it's tricky finding suitable leaves abroad so many people end up using aluminium. You are over cooking the vegetables. Just grill your fish or fry it with spices then slightly cook the vegetables. You get better nutrition that way.
