When you crave the chicken pork or beef, allow yourself to eat it while also eating the fish. In time, the cravings will go away. It may take years to make it to 100%. But when you do you will feel and look different. The body will thank and repay you.

Do try using Aluminium foil instead before the aluminium foil uses 4:55 the baking paper then you can use the aluminium foil, because the aluminium by itself has side effects Okay? .

I always use black tilapia but due to the scarcity presently I have this yellow fish which I saw for the first time and I have to come here to know the recipe for it. 🥂

I have tried for about a week, then I start craving for beef and chicken. Fish is actually good, I love it more than anything
