Aside from the eventual stick drift, this seems like a much better version of the DS Edge, as it's professional looking and very practical. I feel like Sony focused too way much on making it feel different in hands, rather than the quality of the joysticks and back paddles. I doubt we'll ever see hall effect joysticks on these first party controllers, as that would mean far fewer replacements being bought. The intention always ends up being planned obsolescence.
Thats a dope controller but I have a few questions. I seen a comment on different post saying that you had to dremel idk if that was your case? It also looks like you took out the joystick rings if so why? Lastly, after installing did you have to calibrate the joysticks? Im planning on doing the same thats why im so curious.
The rings were removed because the elite sticks are taller and don’t fit exactly like factory. So small modifications were needed to be done to the plastic underneath so it would fit.
