I started on Canon when I used film. But when it came to digital, I prefer Fuji because of the manual experience. I really wish Canon would make a true manual style digital camera. Just can’t get on board with this ugly molded plastic affair.
I switched to Fuji partly because of cost but I agree that the manual feel to the Fuji cameras is fantastic. I love that I can adjust everything without a screen or a menu. Thanks for the comment.
@@Todd_Kuhns I agree. The cost on Fuji is fantastic. Some of their lenses are incredible. My only druthers with Fuji is the auto focus. I don’t use it a lot but it could definitely use an upgrade. And that’s definitely one thing Canon has in spades. But hey… I’m just looking for the perfect Camera. ✌️
@@Todd_Kuhns Yeah. I've lost countless shots with its autofocus. I'm editing one right now. (Very frustrating). The biggest complaint about Fuji's autofocus that is focuses on the background despite the focus box being aimed at a subject in the foreground. It's something Fuji hasn't addressed despite the countless Vloggers mentioning it. For weddings, I think Cannon and Sony are a sure bet. I really wish either A) Fuji would get their autofocus together or B) Canon or Sony would create a manual style camera. Unfortunately, for my tastes I really do like Fuji's lenses as well. I find Canon and Sony lenses too clinical. Sigh... All that said: I've being shooting with the Fuji lens in manual mode and I'm WAY more accurate than the camera's autofocus. My old film instincts came right back. I'd suggest giving it a try. You'll be surprised at how good you can be. And manually focusing with the digital system is much easier than the older lenses that gave only a simple crosshair in the middle. With Fuji's lenses you can assign a color of choice that show up in lines. (I use red). What's your favorite Fuji lens if any...?
@@Tyrell_Corp2019 I do manually focus sometimes. Mostly in the studio when the pace is slower. As for favorite lens.....I just recently got the 10-24 which is a lot of fun. I don't own it but have used the 50-140 and really like it. The 50 f1 is on my list to try out as well.

@@Tyrell_Corp2019 I had trouble with the fuji focus at a wedding reception recently. Dark, flashing lights and the camera struggled......
