Day 5 Patellofemoral Partial Knee Replacement Recovery

Day 5
Time for a much needed shower! Pain and swelling are pretty much plateauing at this point. I change the bandage for the first time and we all get to see the incision together.

Yea seems like that is what I am gonna suggest to my Dr.My old Ortho is being cautious with my care.i have chondromalacia in both knees left one is grade 3/4 right is 2/3 had a partial meniscectomy in oct of 21.one Dr my PCP suggests physical therapist what good is that gonna do I can't strengthen my cartilage right.just thought I would see if anyone else has this issue.
